I came on here to post my great experience with this company and I can’t believe someone would leave a bad review about this Body Shop smh. If you want a good body shop to repair your car I suggest you bring your car here and EXPERIENCE IT ON YOUR OWN.

The owner Cedric was very professional. He gave me weekly updates on my vehicle every week. Whenever I called, he was very responsive and engaging throughout the process. Highly would recommend.

7/28/22 I thought this would be a good place because the name reasonable at first the guy cedric was so nice...yea at 1st.but this place is not right.they held my car and didt fix it and demanded money for parts they claimed they ordered and told me to call the police to get my keys.i even told them I don't want them to work on my car but they still haven't released my car to me even tho no work or nothing has been done to it and i dont owe them any money..so I'll be calling an attorney tomm.i dt mind taking them to court especially if I lose my job to no transportation because of them and they shady auto shop.they will throw ther customers under the bus ....stay away from this place please update..8/4/22 reasonable automotive still have my car been almost 3 weeks now..i tried getting a key made and they took my car and hid it BEFORE THE LOCKSMITH GOT THERE.despite me not owning them any money and me telling them do not start repairs on my vehicle and I'm taking it elsewhere. cedric will not release my car he's trying to fix it without my consent then demand me for the money.....he know loopholes to get over on ppl.please don't take your car here.the negative reviews ppl saying is most likely all true because I'm going thru the same and pretty much what they said about it im seeing the same pattern..maybe he's hard up for money but we all are struggling.so watch how u approach him because hes looking for a reason to flip the script and suit you thats why he tell ppl to call the police ..we all need money but that's no reason to get over on ppl and cheat them out ther money..reasonable automotive is crooked and scammers.stay away from this place. .u will definitely regret it no matter how good he make it sounds t first.he's not right at all.please believe this.STAY AWAY!!

Warning ⚠️ you will regret it. Make sure you get a copy of everything he say he gonna do. Don’t listen to the dates he gives you the first 5 times on when services should get done. Quality job NOT. First price is never the real price. The man seems to be hurting for money 😢 missing parts extra extra miles. Car was running like a champ now it won’t crank

Cedric is very precise and down to detail . He got my car on monday and finished in 2 days. I couldnt beleive the great job he got done so fast. Great service and workmanship.

Wonderful customer service!! Very thorough and clean. My car was wreaked and I honestly did not think it could be repaired, but Cedric and his staff, not only repaired my car but they communicated with me throughout the whole process!!! I would definitely recommend their services!!

This is the worst place to take your car for repairs. They held the car for almost two months and still the work was unsatisfactory. They lost the key and gave me back a key that was not mine. I would not recommend them for timely and satisfactory repairs.
