Kimberly was so kind and professional. She was able to fit my car in right away and even towed it to prevent further damage. There was absolutley no upselling, Reasonable Collision stands by their name! I highly recommend them because they're honest, fair, value their customers, and do excellent work.

Good communication and handled my insurance well. They made sure the insurance did not miss any damage and helped fight to cover what needed to be repaired.

I have not even made it to the shop to get an estimate on my collision damage and I'm giving a 5 star rating. I was scheduled at another business but the reviews were not so great so I started researching and came across Reasonable Collision. The reviews are what I needed to make my decision. I left a voice-mail on Saturday and I received a call right back from Kimberly. Thank you for being so nice and showing compassion. I am scheduled for Monday and I'm sure I will not be disappointed.

Kimberly at the front desk was amazing! When I called she answered and had me come in to get my car checked out and wanted to make sure we knew the actual issue before throwing money in. Jason did an amazing work up and was able to answer all my questions, show the issues he saw and everything! I would recommend them to anyone I know. They are compassionate, hardworking and give some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen!

This place is amazing! Kimberly upfront is the best to work with and talk you through any issues with the car! If she doesn't know all of the guys in the back are always willing to help and never steer you in the wrong direction! I've been doing work on my car myself since I usually don't trust mechanic or body shops but these people will always be looking out for you! They understand how expensive car maintenance can get!

I was looking for an autobody repair shop to fix my Ford focus se that was rear ended. I was looking all over town for an auto shop, and everything was WAYYY overpriced. I came upon this shop and I'm SOOO glad I did. When I came in, I was greeted friendly by Kimberly at the front desk, I told her my situation of what happened, and she was great. We took a look at my car with her experience body tech team, and they could fix it easily. Over the time they were fixing my car, they communicated great for what was needed. Also, what was very convenient was they allowed me to bring my own parts to save money as well. When I looked at the price difference between this shop and others, I was shocked by how much I saved. If you're looking to save, come here. When I got my car, it looked completely brand new, and the paint job was clean. Also, the body work was amazing, looked like it never got rear ended. I also met the owner who was greeting and friendly. I thank Kimberly, the body tech crew and paint crew who fixed my car. I will recommend to anyone in need.

Kimberly runs the front office and provided the best customer service of any shop I have ever experienced. I will refer everyone I know to this shop for body repairs and auto repairs. This will be my second experience with the shop. Kim is very professional and provided great customer service. The two mechanics that worked on my vehicle are very knowledgeable and never tried to upsell me on anything. I give the shop a five out of five stars and will recommend coworkers and friends if they ever need any type of mechanical or bodywork. Great place to have your car serviced.

Omgoodness these guys are great! I certainly hope nobody gets in a wreck. If you do, you should use this company for sure. Smooth process, they help with the claim, they walk you through step by step & do their best to save you money by utilizing strong business relationships. Vehicle totaled? They even do free mechanic inspections on a vehicle you are looking to buy! Can’t say enough, call them if you need mechanic work or collision work.

Took my car in. It was making a funny noise. They looked at it and showed that I had a passway bar that was busted so they were had this time to fix it. It took him approximately half an hour to get it fixed and with the price and the labor was very reasonable. I was very ecstatic with their job and their knowledge of cars will recommend anybody.
