Oil change, alignment, snow tire mounting, and other miscellaneous needs. Clean facility and great communication from start to finish. The invoice is easy to understand and offers suggestions for follow-up needs. Our favorite shop for many years for obvious reasons.

Amazing service. I originally wrote a not-so-thrilled review about an interaction I had with them, but maybe it was just an off day for that individual and for me too, because everything that came after exceeded my expectations. Brought my 2003 Ranger in for some minor repairs & a safety check. They got back to me the next day & outlined what they found. I was told what needed to be done 1st, then 2nd, etc. & asked what I wanted to do. They NEVER tried to up sell me! My wife's been taking her car here for about 5 years & thinks they're top mark. I have to agree. I'm only taking my little truck to them going forward. Thanks, Re-Born!!

Had an oil change & battery replaced. John graciously provided shuttle service, and the work on my Mini Cooper was done by noon. This is a small and mighty team that goes out of its way to make the customer feel valued.

I recently brought my 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe to Re-Born Automotive for extensive repairs, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Hans and John provided exceptional communication, clearly explaining every step, especially with the engine and transmission issues. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared not only about the car, but the person. The repairs were extensive—replacing valve cover gaskets, a full timing belt service, fixing the cooling system, overhauling the brakes, addressing transmission concerns, and more! Though the cost was significant, I felt it was fair for the amount and high-quality work they delivered. Their patience and empathy were truly appreciated, and they even offered discounts on parts and labor, which made a big difference. With the added warranty for extra peace of mind, I’m extremely thankful for the care and service they provided. Look forward to working with them again to keep my car in good shape!

The customer service is impeccable, and their honesty is unmatched. My usual go-to person is Hans, with whom I’ve built a trusting relationship over the years. When they recently hired John, I wasn’t sure what to expect, given my loyalty to Hans. But John—WOW. He is absolutely amazing. He’s right up there with Hans as one of the most caring and genuine individuals you could hope for at an automotive repair shop. Trusting someone with your car repairs can feel vulnerable, and John and Hans understand that. They’ve consistently been honest about the condition of my car, allowing me to make informed decisions about necessary repairs and how take care of my car. Re-borne Automotive is doing everything right by hiring the kind of people who build trust with customers and ensure our cars get the honest, quality service they need. Excellent service! They are friendly, communicative, and care about having your car run well. The service is done in a timely manner and they will provide transportation if you need it when you leave your car. I will let no one else work on my car.

They did a fantastic job, I cant imagine taking Brad Jr. anywhere else for his annual checkup and service ( plus they vacuumed him out for me!) I have used re-born for many years ( they used to service my V.W. van, back when those were in vogue) and I have no doubt I will continue to use them well into the future -- when I have my flying car...

True professionals here at Re-Born. My partner and I both have been bringing our cars here for the past couple years for everything from routine oil changes, to 100k mile maintenance, to mystery battery drain issues, and most recently for a failed electronic parking brake. Everyone we've interacted with has been professional, kind, and really seems like they enjoy what they are doing. They provide in-detail updates on the status of your repair and what is required and take great notes to review afterwards. Priced fairly and you always know exactly what you are getting (no surprises) - really couldn't ask for more! I would absolutely recommend Re-Born and look forward to continuing to work with them for many years to come.

Reborn is great. I can be a pain because I drive an old car and ask alot of questions but the crew of Reborn is always patient. I have alot of family members that depend on me and my car for critical stuff like doctor visits, so I really appreciate knowing what is going on with it. I am a long time customer but I they don't take me for granted. I highly recommend Reborn. I took my truck to Reborn for an oil change and safety check. I had recently bought it and it was a priority for me to have Reborn check it out as they are very thorough. Reborn completely checked over the truck and took care of all my concerns. Thanks very much to the team there including - John, Bud, Jesse, and Hans. Big thanks also for helping me pick out a boss set of tires that go great with the truck!
