Had the same experience as RC Photography. Went in there to see what they had, and what I could possibly add to my Tacoma. After about 10 minutes or so I just left, as the guy working didn't care that I was there. As this area has a lot of people with money, I am guessing that we didn't pass the "Look like your rich test". Luckily, as this is southern utah, there are other off-road shops in the area that will most likely accept my service.

I had a great experience having my Tacoma worked on by RDO. They really took the time needed to find and fix the issues that my daily driver was having and went above and beyond to make sure it was not only fixed, but fixed properly. My truck has never handled better and it feels like a brand new vehicle. I couldn’t recommend them more and I highly recommend checking them out!

Awesome job. Dennis is easy to work with on selecting products. His crew in back needs some props they work hard and do a great clean job. I had an icon lift stage 5 put on my ram1500. Drives great and added some metal to the front since my plastic bumper was damaged.

Dennis and his crew were lifesavers. I'm from Michigan and had a problem with a missing lower shock mount bolt that went missing after a week of overlanding. I called Red Desert Off Road and had the vehicle towed to the shop. They got me right in. They even suggested a great place for lunch while they looked at it. They told me what was wrong and was able to next day air the part to the shop. They told me they would get to it the next day when the part came in. By the time I got the notice from the shipping company, his crew was already working on the shop. If they treat an out of towner this well, I can only imagine how they would treat a regular local customer. Do yourself a favor and stop by and have Dennis and his crew meet all your off road needs.

Dennis is a stand up businessman, installed a set of Falcon shocks on my 22 Rubicon, good price and his crew are professional and detailed. Will use Red Desert in the future, even though I'm from Idaho and only pass through twice a year.

Red Desert Off Road went out of their way to get my truck back on the road and saved our family vacation. Other companies struggled to get parts, wanted us to wait days for an appointment, etc. Red Desert had a solution ready and had my truck in the shop as soon as we climbed out of it. I had Red Desert order me some tires and wheels for my brand. New Raptor R they absolutely nailed it with the correct offset and perfect size tire so I didn’t have any tire rubbing. They’re so smart they even lined up the little red dot on the tire where the valve stem is so that it would balance perfectly. I’m so happy with the way it turned out. I highly recommend using them for your truck jeep and bronco off-road accessories 10 out of 10

10 month Update: had a small issue with my bed cover due to user error. Stopped by and they fixed it right there no charge. Very impressed. Spray liner in my truck bed looks great. Excited to get tonneau cover and some storage installed soon. Easy to work with. UPDATE: The cover and storage boxes turned out great! They went above and beyond to make sure the cover fit just right. I really appreciated it!

What an awesome bedliner job they did on my extremely clean and original 1993 Nissan pickup. Every single line is perfectly straight. There isn't a variation of thickness anywhere in the bed.

Dennis and his team are great. I had a lift installed on my Silverado as well as a lift pump installed. Their work was great and thorough. Customer service is great. I had a small issue with the lift pump and they fixed it. They wanted me back 1000 miles after the lift install to check everything and make sure it was all still in good spec. If you need a lift installed or “off road” work done - don’t take your vehicle to a tire shop for that stuff, take it where it should go! Highly recommend.

Great job! I asked them to re-gear my differentials and install lockers. I had a bid by the end of the day and was scheduled as soon as the parts were available. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to do business there again.

It is VERY RARE to find someone who truly stands behind their products and installation, but Red Desert Off Road's Dennis is one of those rare folks. We had a bed liner installed on our Ram 1500 Classic truck - absolutely no problems. Because we were so happy with the liner, we decided to get a roll up Tonneau cover for the truck bed. After about 3 months, the bed cover began to buckle, so we went back down to St. George to see what could be done. Dennis didn't hesitate a second and told us he would replace it. He immediately filed a "claim" for us. Unfortunately, after six months of waiting, we called to find out what happened to the replacement and Dennis told us there were manufacturing issues, probably caused by Covid. He assured us we would still get a replacement, but suggested we come down and file a new claim. When we went back to file our new claim, Dennis got on the phone (while we were there) with the manufacturer and got a promise from them to deliver the new cover within 3 weeks. About three weeks later, the new cover arrived. We made an appointment to have it installed in a couple days. When we arrived for our appointment, Dennis immediately took the truck in and we were back on our way in less than an hour with our new bed cover - WITH NO ADDITIONAL COSTS! Dennis is truly a man of his word. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Dennis!

I’m down from Portland and stopped by today to get a quote, since I’m moving here soon. The employees acted like they didn’t see me or hear me and after 10 minutes of standing around I left. I preferred to do it here, but I negotiated a $22,000 cash deal for the parts and labor back in Portland instead. Hey, at least your dog is nice.🤷🏼‍♂️
