Fabian made buying parts easy for me. I got into a car accident. I just showed Fabian a picture of the damage and he got me every piece I needed. UPDATE: If you have a major problem in the service department, go straight to PATRIC. Eddie will blow you off.

The salespeople will try to add their Appearance package at the end which cost around 2K, when you try to argue, they will Lie and say it is mandatory cause they get good cut from that. But that is not mandatory at all, and you can make that remove, you just need to firm on that. My friend was buying car from this dealership so I told him beforehand do not buy their Appearance package at all, that's a scam, so he told them straight forward he will only buy car if that package was not added, and they sold car without it. I fell for their package because I was too exhausted to fight for that, but if you looking to buy form this dealership, make sure you let them know prior. If you look on the benefits of this package, you will realize it's a waste, instead just buy membership of car wash which will cost much cheaper.

Experience at dealership was great, but then ended there. They charged me $2,000 for additional purchases that I did not agree to. They said it was a "glitch in the system". Although they took care of it, it took me having to call over and over to make sure they actually did. They even started screening my calls! So check your loan agreements once you get them! The detailing job was terrible. They used the excuse of the fact that it was a used car that there were stains and marks, but once I got home I was able to clean the seats better and even found trash still in the car. Is really sad. because my coworkers had amazing experiences at other Hyundai locations in town, but would not recommend this one!

We had a great experience with Raul. We had a nice test drive, and afterwards he understood we were still shopping around, and wasn’t too pushy. When we decided on the car, he worked with us to reach a price we all agreed on and was available to help us, even after the purchase was complete.

I recently had an experience with this dealership, and while there were some challenges, I feel it’s important to share both the good and the bad. One issue I encountered was with the car I was interested in—they arranged a test drive for a car that wasn’t even ready to be driven. This was frustrating as it’s an essential part of the buying process. Additionally, after purchasing a Kona, the delivery date was pushed back because we had to wait for parts, which was another inconvenience. That said, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by salesman Chris. Despite the setbacks, he went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. Chris helped me get the car at the price I wanted and consistently provided practical solutions to the challenges I faced. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out. If you’re considering this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Chris. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a manageable one with his outstanding support.

Update: After moving out of state and then service was due, I went to a Hyundai dealership in my state only to be told I didn’t have a warranty. Even though I was told and given a pamphlet that I had a warranty because my car was a CPO. They repeatedly referred to my car as a CPO. NOPE. That was a LIE. I came home and looked through my paperwork to find the car was SOLD AS IS. NOT CPO. NO WARRANTY INCLUDED. So I’m spending money I don’t have on services that are not cheap and the oil pan has a leak. Sensors are not working properly. And I’m almost back where I started, but with a dud vehicle. I feel taken advantage of and they really screwed me over. Despicable and I don’t recommend them anymore. I’ve had this vehicle for a few months and this is what I get. Absolutely recommend this place. I was stuck in a leased vehicle and felt like I’d never be able to get myself out of it. It was hurting me financially and I was just trying to get something to happen. The salesman, Chris, was absolutely phenomenal. He was patient when I was stressing out, he took the time to allow me to make an educated decision and we worked out some numbers. I’m so happy I was able to walk outta there and have a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Finance guy, Max, was super informative and able to give me a minute to also make sure I was given the best deal. They really pushed for me to get the best out of everything. I’m super grateful to have gone back to the dealership after working with them a few years back. They’re always accommodating and kind. Thank you guys for really helping me out of my sticky situation!

2024 Update-AC blower is out, cars been in for +30d and part still hasn’t arrived. Why has my brand new car had +4mo of sitting in the shop to fix transmission and now AC????? Customer experience and customer service complaint. I have 2022 Sonata N-Line Night Edition. I have received exactly one phone call in nearly three weeks about why my brand new car (<10k miles one owner) is broken. I was unable to answer that call as I was out of the country. I have had to drive into the dealership 2 times now just to have someone give me a status on my car (what broke, eta for when the part is supposed to arrive) Now (again) I’ve got to take time off work, grab my kiddo, and head on back in again just to figure out the status on my new car. Every time I call (and to be honest I’ve stopped after the second time i got out through the delay song/dance), every single time it’s been “Your guy just went to lunch, or he’s out of the office call back in an hour”. I call back - no answer, VM. It’s absurd. I’m seriously considering never doing any business with Red McCombs again. I don’t think anyone should have to deal with this and am going to publicly recommend the same to my peers, friends and coworkers when it comes to avoiding working with Red McCombs. This is insane that the Service department is so poorly managed they can’t even answer the phone and help their customer out with basic info, estimated times of completion, or even WHAT THE HECK is wrong with your vehicle unless you drive in!

Fabian in the parts department was such a great help. Found the parts I needed and he’s was knowledgeable in the parts I was looking for. Also he was very respectful and showed great customer service. And I will most certainly be a returning customer.

****Update**** 11/15/24 We have since gotten or vehicle back from service. After speaking with several people at the dealership, they actually were genuinely empathetic and confused by the situation. I was assured that this was not the way they choose to conduct themselves and apologized to. I’m not going to go into specific details, or name anyone specifically just so others reading this this don’t go in and blow people up and set expectations, but these individuals really stepped up their game and made things right for us! Very much appreciated, and thank you guys! After everything, I retract my previous statement, I definitely recommend doing business with these folks! Just make sure you check things thoroughly so if maybe something got missed (we’re all human) they can get it taken care of right away, and after my experience I firmly believe they would! Thanks Hyundai NW! We’ll be glad to do business with you in the future. Bought a pre owned 19’ Santa Fe from this dealer for my wife back in May of this year (2024). It is now November, so barely 6 months later, and maybe 5-7k miles if that. After doing the first oil change, I discovered a large oil leak coming from somewhere up top. My wife also has reported starting issues which I witnessed myself as well. When we bought the vehicle, there was an issue with the rear window. The window was supposed to be fixed free of charge, we just had to bring it in. When we went to finance we decided to purchase a very inclusive (or so we thought) extended warranty for the additional sum of $4,000 dollars as confirmed by the company yesterday. ( 11-8) Well now after waiting to bring the car in for all the issues, (one of which was supposed to be free of charge) since we have to pay a $200 dollar deductible each time. We are now having to pay the deductible only for the repair that was supposed to be free to begin with, and having to pay an additional almost $2,200 dollars for repairs because the warranty they sold us apparently “doesn’t cover any gaskets” according to the company! A car that we bought barely 6 months ago and barely enough miles to merit an oil change should NOT already require major repairs! For the record, it now needs a new CV Axle ($975) and the oil leak is being caused by a valve cover gasket ($972). There is no way that valve cover gasket is a new leak judging by the amount of build up down low, which tells me that they don’t inspect their cars well, or they just didn’t care and would rather just pass on the costly repair to the customer. I’ve now gone in and talked to the service manager (he we very nice and surprised as well that this wasn’t covered) and my original sales person. So far no one has been able to provide a solution or take any responsibility for selling us a vehicle and or warranty with obvious issues!This would be less of an issue if they at least sold me a warranty that worked! Take your money and business elsewhere!

Bought my pallisade approx 2 years ago. 2nd issue I’ve had with the service department or lack there of. I have waited patiently to have the GM call me but still have not heard back. My car was there for 2 wks and things only got moving when I had to call and follow up. Trying to find an email address to voice my concerns but unable to. Worst service depart I’ve ever dealt with.

Had a great experience at the dealership and they were able to beat the interest my CU offered by quite a bit. They also beat every other dealers trade in values. also, gave a solid deal on the vehicle itself. Steven Garcia was our salesman and he did a superb job. Was communicative and very to the point in a good way. He also knew the specs of vehicle and has a great personality. No pressure at all from him too. At the end, I didn’t feel like I had bought a vehicle. A truly pleasant experience and I’d recommend them to anyone who I knew needed a Hyundai vehicle.

I went in to look at the interior of a vehicle since I had only seen it online in pictures. I was greeted by Raul and he immediately opened a vehicle so i could take a look. After talking to him for a bit I explained the situation of our budget to him and told him we were probably not going to buy that day but would come back with more time. He was so understanding and gave zero push back which made me feel great and eased my dealership experience anxiety which I was dreading because everyone knows how pushy and stressful dealers can be. Long story short my husband and I talked it out and with the help of Raul we came back and got the car later that same day. He was honestly outstanding. He made the process so smooth and stress free. He worked with our budget and made it happen for us. I had my 1yo with me running wild and not once did Raul make me feel bad about not being able to give him my undivided attention. This was by far the best car buying experience i have had. If you're on the market for a new car visit Raul. You will not be disappointed.

Go somewhere else!!! Don’t get your vehicle worked on here. My wife just brought her vehicle in for her 85,000 mile maintenance, and we explained to them that we are going on a road trip so our vehicle needed to be in great condition. They changed our car battery and told us we were good to go. Well, a few days later and we ended up BROKEN DOWN outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico! We are being told we need a $149 Four Wheel Alignment, a $219 Fuel Injector Service, a $213 Transmission Fluid Exchange, and an $885 Radiator Hose Package with Bypass Hose Replacement. Red McCombs in San Antonio apparently didn’t check any of that, and their manager isn’t returning any of my calls either. ***I just talked to a service rep, and he had ZERO sympathy. He just said, "those parts you are describing are replaced based on mileage, that is why they are telling you it needs to be replaced.” Then I said, "then why didn't YOU tell us they need to be replaced?" Then he said, "if we do, customers may just yell at us, so we are damned if we do, damned if we don't."

I appreciate this place and the staff so much for helping me find my next car! Chris Posada was super helpful and quick with communication on helping me find my next car. He gave me multiple options to look at and was able to let me inspect each car thoroughly. Previously, the past car dealerships wouldn’t let me inspect their cars or would turn me away whenever I asked about looking at options. Chris listened to what I needed and was honest about which cars would guarantee reliability, safety, and cost-efficient. Not only was Chris acknowledging my needs, but also my spouse whenever we had questions. Chris treated us with the upmost respect and understood what we were looking for. Plus, Robert made the buying process easy to understand and helped us understand all the paperwork going into buying a car. These two guys are great and highly recommend them! If you’re looking for honesty, respect, and exceptional service this is the place with the right people!

I can't say enough about my experience with this dealership. Raul, my sales guy, was superb! Extremely knowledgeable, respectful and charming. I never felt too pressured.. the office is welcoming and very clean. I fell in love with my vehicle at first drive and Raul helped make the process pretty seamless. Oscar was my finance guy and he treated us the same way. Friendly, knowledgeable and charismatic. They were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I am in love with my brand new Santa Cruz and you should go see Raul for your next vehicle!

Professional approach was calm, kind, respectful, listened very genuine and non aggressive. Product knowledge was spot on, meaning he knew the vehicle and brought options but allowing customer to think and feel comfortable in thinking about things.
