In this time that we’re living in, I’d say money is tight for most people. I brought my car to Red Rock Garage with a little hesitation. Scared of the bill and the outcome of getting my vehicle fixed. Dennis the owner of Red Rock Garage took Initiative. They fixed my vehicle and it’s running great. There price was more than fair. I highly recommend always checking with Red Rock Garage if you have issues with your vehicle and at least getting a price quote, they’re fair and honest thank you Dennis.

Awesome team. Went in with my Air Conditioning not cooling well, Dennis and his team got me in and out quickly and my A/C has never felt as good! Highly recommend!

I had a rear bearing go out while on vacation in St. George and we ended up replacing the entire rear axle assembly. The owners daughter who works the front desk was nice and helpful. The owner was not. When we picked up the van the spare tire, which had to be removed to swap the rear axle, way laying inside of the van together with all of the spare tire tools and Jack scattered throughout the van. The owner was so gruff. I didn’t wanna go back in and deal with it, so I just took pictures of it in disbelief. It was just a mess. We immediately drove back up to Salt Lake and I I tried to put the spare tire back under the car through winding up the hoist, and nothing was moving. I took it in to Point S Tire and they told me that whoever worked it, and removed the tire completely stripped out the gears inside of the hoist. Also, the rear stabilizer bar was not installed correctly and was just hanging down. I paid more money to fix the damage that Red Rock garage did. Avoid this place .

I have use Redrock Garage for over 12 years for both tire work and mechanical maintenance both on my private vehicle and 18 wheeler. They are very perfessioal and well knowledgeable in what they do and would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right and to their satisfaction. .

The only change took way longer than it should have. The brake repai was fast. The biggest issue was when I brought the truck in to have a leak fixed on a liftgate, the owner told me they couldn't find it. He only saw a little seepage. I took the truck back got pictures of the leak, which was spraying out hydraulic fluid. And brought it back to him. Then the owner gets this really big attitude and was all "yeah, I told you I couldn't fix it, I know where the leak is!. He's a lier and has no people skills or customer service. Don't recommend this place.

Visited this shop with a very unique request. Though they were not able to help me, the guy at the front counter took the time to contact a few of his personal friends to see if there was anyone who could. Ended up finding someone, much appreciated.

We have used them and have been very happy until recently. I came across an old repair order on a trailer that we had approved repairs back in March of 2017. I called on it as I showed no movement in our systmen, 13 months later, the trailer repair hasn't even been started and the gentlemen I spoke with said the job was just too big to complete. Yet it was a bid that they sent in and were approved to do. Then when ask why we hadn't been contacted in the past 13 months, I was given the excuse that they didn't know who to call. I am amazed at the level of unprofessionalism, they were not even apologetic for the situation. It was as if this was normal practice to them and he didn’t understand why I was so upset. We will be moving this trailer to have repairs done elswhere, and they have lost a customer at this point.

Called to talk about a motorhome they passed on safety that should have not passed. The steering link was bad. If we would have not had this motorhome expected through a auto shop ,the steering link would have broke and we would have lost control of all steering. I called and they were not helpful and did not help me out with finding out why they passed it, or who was the one that insepcted it. They actually said, they had no records they would have on it or the name it was under and then they hung up on me. Called back and they some how found the records..... but were not helpful. I would say after my first experience with red rock garage, I would not trust what they pass as SAFE.

These guys are highly recommended for doing service to whatever you have that needs fixed. We were treated well. The staff is great .they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.!! Would give them more stars if it was possible. Great job guys ! Happy holidays to you !

Quinn and his team at Red Rock were fantastic. We thought we had an alignment issue with our travel trailer - they got us in within 24 hours (during the busy season), diagnosed it and repaired it. Simply fantastic service and went out of their way to be helpful. If you have a trailer issue anywhere in the Grand Canyon, Zion, Las Vegas area - Red Rock Garage in St. George is the place to go.

Red Rock Garage helped us fix our boat trailer's brakes and lights at a moment's notice and did an incredible job. Their service was quick and efficient their work showed great quality. They also had completely reasonable prices. We were lucky find them!
