Unfortunately this is a review on the after effects. RRR was very accomodating when i called in for what i thought was a broken power motor for front left window. After dropping off they realized it was not the motor but another piece- my labor quote was 138 and quickly jumped to 638 once they had my vehicle and it was no choice but to keep it to fix the appropriate piece. Fast foward I pay, pick up my car and i automatically realize it was not done properly- i know longer had ability to automatically raise the window and there was a draw back when it came to the top, along with my panel no longer being straight but indented and then my interior handle disconnected (cant say if it is related or not) well i call Monday morning and they said i would have to pay an additonal 200 to get my window TESTED after going back and forth stating no it was not finished properly they confidently said it was another piece malfunctioning... which means when they tested they knew it wasnt working properly but did not disclose this information upon pick-up. I was very disappointed and the receptionist didnt even offer for me to bring it in for them to diagnose it. I was excited to find a close auto place for my car but saidly i do not trust this business and now im faced with more issues now then i did prior to dropping it off and $1000+ dollars later they had the adacity to say i need to pay $199 to TEST my window. What?! Yeah do better RRR.

I've owned this truck since it's birth. I needed a minor repair so I read the reviews of RRR. I spoke with Billy, the service guy. He gave me a quote that we all know it's always more. When my truck was ready my bill was half the estimate. They repaired my part and saved me a chunk of cash. You can get service anywhere but honesty is rare these days. RRR will be my go to shop for my classic.

Another great experience at Red Rock Repair getting my 67' Chevelle worked on. They quickly diagnosed the trouble I was having and explained exactly what needed fixing. Red Rock kept me updated throughout the repair and got everything done at a very reasonable price. I'm totally satisfied with the results and would highly recommend RRR to anyone looking for an honest, well staffed garage/repair shop.Thanks to all for taking such great care of my classic ride.

Danielle, Billy, Allie, and Sean were all terrific. I brought my car in because brakes locked up. The diagnosis was quick and I was given an estimate. During the call, i was told that my manufacturer had a recall for what i needed repaired. They didn’t have to tell me that but they did. I had the repair completed elsewhere under a warranty. I appreciate the honesty and the integrity. I have never had bad service at Red Rock Repair and have referred numerous people. You get quality work and honesty and integrity with them. I cannot recommend them enough.

The diesel mechanic performed the CP4 to DCR pump conversion. Thank you very much for doing an excellent job and taking care of my truck. Truck runs great with new pump. I will definitely recommend your shop.

First and foremost I need to say this place is the REAL DEAL! Even though I did not get the work done which I have a 2009 king ranch diesel the oil leak that it had it would be very costly just to take the motor out you're looking at over $5,000 so with that being said I decided not to get the work done but I have to tell you they told me what they recommended and some advice on a few other things. And then I was completely shocked how I received in my email the breakdown of what was the most important the few other things that need attention it was in a beautiful layout that I have never seen from an auto repair shop this place is no joke I will be taking my other vehicles for any repairs that I will need in the future you guys are awesome you guys deserve 10 Stars!!👍

I strongly recommend Red Rock Auto Repair! My Escalade’s engine light lit up and i immediately took it to Red Rock Repair for analysis. That same day they performed a very thorough inspection and analysis and discovered the problem! Although it took more than a day to order the parts I got my car back within two days and it is running better now than before! I’m sure the Cadillac dealer would have charged me more for the repair! And what’s more th vehicle is automatically covered for 36,000 miles/36 months warranty under Technet! I also got a military discount of $100 which may not be much but still a few bucks for gas!

I took my 2011 Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change and diagnosis on the check engine light. The team was very thorough and sent a full report about the diagnostics and services. I was out the door in a matter of hours and paid exactly what was quoted to me. I had previously gone to red rock repair for a pre purchase inspection on this same truck and they did a great job advising me that the truck was in great shape when I got it from Carvana and only had 10 days to get it checked out. I will be back!

Ryan and the service team at Red Rock went the extra mile helping me get my bike loaded for transport. I have stored a bike at Red Rock for more than 10 years. The service department has always made sure my bike was road ready whenever I came to town and wanted to travel. This is the first time she’s left the shop on a trailer and the Red Rock crew didn’t hold back even though it wasn’t leaving on her own power. We Love Red Rock HD and hope to be keeping one of our other bikes there in the future.

I brought my 2012 F350 DRW there for maintenance (oil change, fuel filter) and they did a great job. They sent a picture of the oil pan to show where it was weeping a little even though their recommendation was to do nothing. Their service was so good I brought my 2017 Explorer there for 100K mile service. Brakes, rear shocks, spark plugs and serpentine belt. During service they discovered the water pump was leaking and replaced that as well. Billy did a great job of walking me through what needed to be done and the costs. They were done early and I took the Explorer on a trip to Phoenix and it's like a new car. Totally satisfied with the work from Red Rock Repair!

I needed immediate help with my 2018 Chevy Colorado diesel and Redrock Auto Repair was there for me. They allowed me to drop my truck off after hours and I was able to pick it up after hours, this allowed me to not miss a minute of work. They also diagnosed the issues and used clear communication and fixed the issues properly. I will definitely use Redrock Auto Repair for work on my truck in the future. Wanted to try this place, great reviews, been hit and miss lately with my regular mechanic. Check engine light came on - scanner saying it was the EGR valve - took truck in - was a dirty air filter - used truck a lot past month with long trips towing - the cleaned the K&N and code cleared - extremely honest!!! I then had them do some maintenance on transmission and transfer case - they call and text you throughout the repair - and they offer 3 year warranty on parts - they will now become my go to shop for all my vehicles.
