Bad. Unprofessional. Very dirty messy. Impossible to get on the phone. Would not recommend.

Broke down on a Roadtrip through Austin in my X5 over Thanksgiving weekend. Not only did they stay open later to make sure my car was towed in ok, they worked quickly to get me the repair I needed at a fraction of what I anticipated paying. 1 business day later, I was up and running smoothly again. The guys are knowledgeable, honest, and solid mechanics. If you are looking for dependable work that won’t give you the run around, you want Redd’s.
