This shop has been my go to for servicing and upgrading my lifted Lexus GX. Brandon really knows Toyota/Lexus and the Off-roading. Brandon has helped me with multiple vehicles and has advised me on the best route to go regarding parts or service while also balancing what I need to do now, what can wait, and the most economical options. This is a very trustworthy shop and I literally drive over an hour to take my rigs to Brandon, passing many great shops across the valley.

I couldn’t believe what an amazing job Brandon did with our 2017 Tacoma. He installed my entire suspension. It came out so good, really stoked with it. Then it was on to the front bumper and winch. He went so above and beyond to make it right as it needed some customization for my setup. I now have a beautiful customized front bumper that not only looks incredible but will keep me safe. Brandon kept me informed and sent photos of each step. He always took the time to explain things and show the what and why. We are very grateful for his expertise. He is also a master mechanic! One of the most important things about Redeemed Offroad to us is that Brandon is a man of integrity and faith. If you need anything done to your vehicle Redeemed Offroad will do it right!!

Redeem Offroad is an awesome shop who specializes in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Brandon listened to my expectations and then he moved forward with a best practice approach and developed a solution for my ride quality and improved performance. He took the time to go over every inch of the suspension and then tested the modification that he made before I picked up the vehicle. We went on a test drive on an area that will give you real life off-road handling and the improvements that he recommended and implemented improved the right quality tenfold. Brandon is a small business owner and family man; you can feel his passion for the off-road industry within five seconds after you meet him. Well, done Brandon and thank you for all your support!

I have restored many vehicles myself, but needed help with the motor mount on our Tacoma. Brandon is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. Also, the charges were extremely reasonable. Top notch guy and will definitely recommend to everybody I know.

Love when passion rings through and immerses in with work. Brandon did an amazing job fitting me in and getting a body mount chop done. Had some nice rubbing occurring after the lift/tire installation. Called up Brandon and we had a thorough conversation on this problem and he brought perspective to this issue. Discussed a variety of things to do beforehand and had a great conversation about the off-road community. This showed the level of detail he was willing to go to to educate and was greatly appreciated. Scheduled a day to drop off and figured it was going to be two weeks before he would get to it. Had this work done in 2 days with nearly 20-30 photos of the progress. Without asking, he also fixed up my front bumper from my first off-road bruise and popped a rear quarter panel back into place. Definitely will be taking her back in to get more work done. Top notch service and products. Thank you again.

Best customer service of all time. Literally sits down with you and runs over your options. And the WHY behind it. He did a lift for me and then fixed my shotty diy electrical mess I had previously installed. Sent me updates and pictures during install. Does a thorough walk through at the end. He’s obsessed with his work and the quality shows. 10/10!!! Only issue, he rocks an android phone 😜 Customer for life

Talk about attention to detail and getting things done right! Brandon at Redeemed Offroad installed a LRA auxiliary gas tank and a PowerBrake D-Line kit on my HE Land Cruiser and I couldn’t be happier. He even sent photos throughout the process. I’ve always wondered “did they clean my wheel hubs?” when I’ve had my rotors replaced elsewhere, but not here. Brandon showed me them perfectly cleaned before mounting the new rotors. The man is thorough! Even though I live a couple hours away up in Flag, it was definitely worth the trip. If you’re wanting quality work and peace of mind knowing things were done right, stop searching you found what you were looking for.

I can't say enough good things about Redeemed Auto & Offroad. Brandon's breadth of knowledge and real world experience is a fresh and much needed perspective. His attention to detail and overall workmanship are second to none; not to mention he is an effective communicator and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. It's not easy finding a trustworthy shop to take your beloved vehicle to. I personally learned the hard way that putting faith in big name shops can really come back to haunt you. After working and talking with Brandon numerous times I've come to realize he's the only guy I will have work on my land cruiser. He's all about 4x4s and takes the time to explain everything in detail as well as provide pictures of issues/fixes. He's exactly the type of guy you'd want working on your rig because he will treat it like his own and will find errors that other mechanics left for you to deal with.

One word. Incredible. I have had the privilege of knowing Brandon for 2 years, I have seen all of his work and his attention to detail is unmatched and it shows. He is always booked out but worth the wait! It is so hard to find people who take the time to do quality work no matter how long it takes to get it perfect. Incredible and kind service from a knowledgeable owner. Storytime: I purchased a rooftop tent and had help installing it from the person I bought it from. I took it up and back from Flagstaff and suddenly noticed the bars shifted over. Since rooftop tents and crossbars require special installation skills, I only trusted an Overlanding shop. When I noticed what was happening with the crossbars, I called the closest shop, Redeemed Offroad. The owner, Brandon, instructed me to bring it right over despite the business being listed as closed on Sundays. He immediately stopped what he was working on, helped me remove the tent, removed the crossbars, and took steps to uncover what was going wrong. Tons of bolts were loose, and the crossbars needed to be installed correctly. He showed me what was happening during each step when reinstalling the crossbars and ensured each bolt on the crossbars and the tent was tightened correctly. Brandon was detail-oriented and meticulous about measuring each step, so the tent was centered and safe. Overall, his assistance gave me such peace of mind. I’ve had two poor experiences with rooftop tent installation and put myself in dangerous situations. If you are unsure how to install crossbars properly or need ANY work done on your overlanding vehicle—this is the place!

Brandon installed a LRA aux fuel tank in my LC200 as well as took care of hooking up some additional front and rear light and threw in OME packers front and rear. Brandon is easy to work with and meticulous in his attention to detail.

I took my 08 tacoma to reedemed auto & offroad to get my alignment tabs strengthened repaired. The owner Brandon was very friendly, I first contacted him via social media and explained what I needed done and he responded very quickly with the work he could do to fix the problem. I shopped around at a few of the major shops in town and they all wanted a bit too much. Brandon's work shows, the quality is very nice and the issue was resolved. Shopping at local small businesses is always win.

Our family was highly recommended to Brandon at Redeemed Auto by some friends who live in Desert Hills. From the moment we met Brandon he put us at ease. He is friendly, professional, a man of faith, and honest. We had received a quote from the Audi dealership on rear brakes. Brandon was significantly less expensive. He made the repair, checked the rest of the car and even dropped the car off to us when the repair was complete. Contacted Brandon to help fix an engine light issue. He debugged it quickly and fixed the issue, as he was doing a test drive and inspection to confirm his fix he noticed the back breaks were down to metal. He was super professional, snapped pics and texted them as he was fixing the car. Super happy with the quality of work he performed. On top of that, he cleaned the interior of the car! Would recommend 10 times out of 10. I will be contacting him for all of my future auto repair needs.
