I love Redford Auto Repair & Collision! I’ve actually worked with them 3 different times. Hadi is an absolute pleasure to work with and he gets the job done in a timely manner. He also communicated with me every step of the way. Unfortunately, my vehicle experienced major body damage earlier this year. I called around to several different places. Many of them weren’t available, too expensive, or were extremely unprofessional. Redford Auto Repair & Collection was the best body shop for me. They have amazing customer service and reasonable prices! They even offer financing options! If you’re looking for a great body shop, Redford Auto Repair & Collision is it! Ask for Hadi. He’ll take care of you. Update as of September 13, 2024: I went back to Redford Auto Repair & Collision for the fourth time! Over the years, my SUV endured significant damage to its body unfortunately. I went back to Hadi and his team to replace my bummer, both passenger doors, both back lights! I was considering the hood but I wasn’t quite sure at the time. Hadi and team did all of the requested work and REPLACED MY HOOD for no charge! When I went to pick up my SUV, I literally wanted to cry! It didn’t look like the same vehicle. It looked BRAND NEW!!! I just want to THANK Hadi and his team again! Their work is outstanding and I’m continuously impressed. I’ll follow up with pictures soon. My friends and family keep telling me my SUV looks brand new and congratulations. It makes me feel great about my choice to get the body work done. Also, I’m extremely grateful that they have the financing options available for us. It has been a tremendous help to make the payments over time. I love Redford Auto & Repair! I’ll continue to recommend them to friends, family and everyone else! I can’t thank you all enough. I feel so much better about driving my vehicle and I’m not in the same mindset of I need to get another vehicle ASAP. Also, they did all of this work in 3-4 days! Hadi was amazing. He went above and beyond for my husband Challenger. It looks immaculate and he fixed a lot of stuff on the love instead of charging us for every single thing. He definitely looked out. And I recommend this place to everyone. He is definitely the goat 🐐 🔥

They didn’t even put any effort into fixing my car, they just slapped a bumper and fender on and gave me back my car. Hoses were disconnected and all. Then they tried to send me to a different shop instead of fixing their wrongs.

Redford Auto Repair and Collision on 8 Mile in Detroit did an AWESOME job on my car repairs! In less than a week they completely repaired the rear end damage to my SUV. The were friendly and affordable too! They also arranged for me to be conveniently taken to and from Enterprise for my car rental as needed. The service was EXCELLENT and I definitely recommend getting your car repairs here as needed.

Had a leak in my trunk, they fixed it no problem but the customer service is terrible. I paid in cash and the bald man up front assumed it was weed money, I guess it’s because I’m black. Very rude will never bring my car up here a UPDATE: The owner called me and apologized and offered a free oil change and car wash. I respectfully decline but it goes to show if they make a mistake, they are willing to right their wrongs. Which is all anyone asked for.

They did a wonderful job on my chevy Trax it was damage due to the bad hail storm we had in Detroit. Customer service was good he really took his time looked over my vehicle and explain everything in full detail. I was happy when I picked up my vehicle. Thanks Redford Auto.
