Ali replaced my front axle on my ram 1500 3 times, the first 2 times were manufacturer defects, he replaced it out his own pocket in order to make things right, Redford Auto really stands by their work.

My car was Towed there a little around 8 am , due to needing an alternator . The employees looked at my car and immediately told me what was wrong , gave me a price , and got it done . I also love I was able to finance my service instead of paying in full the same day . I was offered a free oil change and car wash as well . I was out of the shop within a hour and a half . I definitely will be returning.

Didn’t have a clue what was wrong with my car came in for the first time wait time wasn’t bad walked in and instantly felt good vibes they were honest and very nice and they fixed my car that day I will be going back for my tire rods next over all my experience was GREAT!!!

I’ve had service done with this company twice and they were able to get me in and out. I like that they’re fully staffed & that they seem knowledgeable and isn’t playing a guessing game on my car. I appreciate them, considering I haven’t had to bring it back for the same issues either. So, it’s been great so far.
