Great service. Nick was very helpful with keeping me updated regarding the issues with my car. The issue was minor so they decided not to charge for the service. Probably the best auto repair shop I’ve been to. No complaints from me. 10/10 service!

I have taken my car to this location 3 times. There tow truck picked up from my house. I was contact once it arrived and the work was completed in a few days. All parts came with a warranty and the cost for my repairs was more affordable than any other shop I contacted. Highly Suggest!

Good place to get your next set of tires, they took care of my Toyotas,one is a 06 salara, and the other is a 2016 4Runner. They also will take your Goodyear credit card, got 6 months same as cash.

After being told that it would cost me 3k to get my work truck up, these guys knocked it out and found the REAL problem that the other shops didn't. They are fast and precise! Couldn't thank then enough. 🙏🏾

Fair and honest! Every issue I've ever needed resolved with a vehicle I've owned, had been fixed with no complaints. They will fix what you needed done and also inform you of other maintenance that is needed at a later time. They've tried to "save me money" (their words) by doing the necessary work and saying bring it back later in the year for other problems they've discovered, and I've had to tell them I don't mind spending whatever I have to spend to make sure everything is taken care of. For someone who might not be in a good financial state at the time it's a blessing and they offer payment plans as well. You'll leave knowing what was wrong, what they fixed, and what you'll need fixed going forward. I recommend anyone asking for a mechanic to Redford auto.

Nick and Redford Auto Import Auto Crew did a great job on servicing the needs for my car! Nick got me a discount and gave me a great price, and my car was ready the same day! Ray did the work and I was very pleased told my daughter and she went and got her car done!!! I have and will continue to recommend Southfield Import to everyone I know!!!

Tells you one price and want more money. The lady at the desk hollering at you instead of speaking in a normal voice. She likes to talk over people. I miss George being there.
