The place to come for car service. Mr. Ali (Jr.) and his team are genuine, honest, kind, and understanding. I really value how straightforward and kind they are, and they managed to do a lot of work on our cars for a great price. Additionally, the products used are of top quality. Highly recommend coming here! Edit 1/8/24 wanted to continue to endorse the great work done here and vouch for the excellent quality of work done thoroughly and honestly. They are skilled in both Japanese, European, and Domestic models so you can be assured your car is being taken care of! Photos below showing all the issues and a small example of the excellent work done to bring our cars back up to shape.

They swapped out my battery for some cheap non name brand one and took some car parts... in addition, my alignment not fixed still. Firestone has a lifetime alignment with a one time fee of 189.00. and it's done right.

Good, trustworthy auto help is hard to find sometimes. Fortunately, I had a family member recommend Redline and they've been my go to for over two years. They do a good job evaluating my vehicles while also not trying to sell me what I don't need and explaining/showing me the evidence anytime a repair needs to happen. Update: I've been coming here continually since my review 4 years ago and they're still great. I appreciate the consistent service.

Have been coming to this shop for SEVERAL years now and every interaction has been a pleasure. All repairs have been fully and correctly completed on the first attempt plus the owner doesn't try and push extra services or repairs, but he'll recommend it if he feels it's necessary. I've also recommended this shop to two friends who had good experiences as well. Thank you!

Junior and his crew are great!!!! Been going here for years, and they always take good care of our cars at reasonable prices. Would highly recommend if you live in the neighborhood. Much more convenient than going to a dealer for service.

Junior is great. He's always fair and honest. This is the only place I actually trust to take my vehicles when I can't fix them myself. After moving to Katy 5 years ago I still come to Redline.
