I took my 2016 ram 3500 dually I worked with Chris on what was going on with my truck. Redline was about to save me money my trucks performance is better than it was when we got it. I so recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their diesel trucks. Thank you Redline for being the best.

Took my 2016 RAM 3500 to Redline for a surge problem and steering issues. I am glad to say that not only did they diagnose and fix the problems I was having. They did it at half the price the dealership wanted and the dealership didn’t even get the diagnose correct. If you need a diesel mechanic then Redline is the place to go.

About a month ago I was in a bind with a blown intercooler pipe. After being told by two local ford dealers that the part I needed had to be ordered I called the guys over at redline & they had the part I needed in stock. I limped my f450 to them and one of the guys in the shop stopped what he was doing and swapped out my blown pipe within a few minutes. I was blown away by the level of service I received from the guys at redine diesel performance. They will definitely be my first call from now on!

Really impressed with Redline Diesel. I had them work on my 1999 Ford F 450 that couldn't get over 50 mph and had AC issues. Chris had me out the door for way less than expected and was honest and informative the whole way through. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Brought my GMC 2500 to get some performance upgrades done and I can easily say that Redline Performance is amazing to work with! I got my truck back a few days after dropping it off and am HIGHLY satisfied with the work that has been done and the staff members!! I will most definitely be a returning customer here at Redline.

We have a 1996 F-350 PowerStroke 7.3 liter and we were really looking forward to having some work done on it in a timely manner and when we realized that wouldn't be the case, we opted to take our vehicle elsewhere. I fully understand that shops get busy and backed up, however, it would be preferred that the shop is up front about their workload and how long it will be until they can get to your vehicle instead of having customers drop their trucks off for unknown amounts of time. I'm sure the business owners will come for me in the comments saying that I can't expect to be put in the front of the line and I don't expect that in the least. But I do expect for a business to be honest about how long it'll take them to get started instead of leaving us without a vehicle.

I had brought my 2020 Chevy 3500 Dually to Carl to fix some performance upgrades that I had done by another shop, that apparently didn’t know what they were doing and left a lot of things unfinished. Carl assessed all the issues and gave me a reasonable price to fix everything. My wife and I truly want to thank Carl and his team for fixing everything. Truck runs AWESOME now. Sometimes it’s not easy fixing someone else’s mistakes. You have gained another life long customer. Thank you again.

My truck (Ram2500) needed a lot of work, plus I was on a tight deadline for a cross country move. Carl and team explained what I needed and why in very straightforward manner, managed to get the parts, make the repairs, swap out the tires, even stayed open a few minutes late for me to come pick her up on the day I needed her. She rides like a dream now. As far as pricing goes I found them pretty reasonable for the amount of work I needed. Nothing about owning a diesel truck is cheap, so neither were the repairs but by my estimate I would've spent about 30% more at the dealership, so I'm happy with what I paid. Plus, I'd rather support a small, local business than a dealership.

He over charged me and did work before he gave me a quote then blocked my truck in he took pieces off my truck I think he's racist by the way he not only did me but treated my brother which he didn't know we were related but I'll let him do his own review

I was in Jacksonville for vacation and my truck started having issues. I contacted Carl at Redline and he was extremely helpful. He got me back in my truck in just 2 days everywhere I had called wouldn’t even look at it for a week. Took my truck for repairs and it was stolen . Funny how a truck that half way ran just up and left from in front of the shop and no one hasn’t said anything??? And there not Responsible. I just really wish would just tell me something being that my 2001 f 350 dually 7.3 just magically got stolen from ur shop. Please

Wow, I had no idea what my truck was capable of. With a couple of changes, Carl handed me back a whole different truck. Horse power, torque, pedal response, and even fuel economy has improved. I couldn't be happier or more surprised with the difference in my truck. Thanks again fellas! You really rocked it.

I left my truck for almost three weeks with these people and they didn't even have the capacity to put the computer in the truck and they said that the truck didn't have anything, I don't recommend it, that's a lack of respect for the customer.

Known carl for years, regardless of personal trucks or business trucks carl and his team have always been fair and 100% honest good or bad, if its doable it gets done, if its not worth it its said but no matter what carl stands behind his work and his word is his bond and ive known him to LOSE money just to help myself and others out in a bind to make sure people are taken care of but bottom line people leave knowing the honesty of the work Hands down diesel or not if you want an honest shop theres only one in town id put money on

Mr.Carl is the owner of the finest diesel shop I have been to. As a great mechanic shop, you should expect to wait for your vehicle to be worked (because they do Not Rush) the job at hand and drop their quality, much like myself and the business that I own and operate. If you have to call and leave a message, these guys will call you back at their earliest convince, remember perfection takes time, be patient with them as they are patient with trying to get parts and fix your problem properly. We love Carl. He is the only person we trust with out F350. We have tried other places that are closer to our house but always end up back with Carl.
