The inside components of my driver side door broke, so my windows stayed down and I could not roll it up. Called Red's and they said they could install and repair + labor for $200. I bought the part and they only charged me $125. Excellent customer service. Fast, great work.

Got a rock chip on my way back home to Jackson from all the construction along highway. Called and they were able to get me in same day - they don't do appointments. The service was quick friendly and affordable! I would use again and recommend as fixing the rock chip prevented the nice long crack that was about to ensue from the spidering effect of the chip. Great people and a local business!!

Great job and extremely quick.. Was in Jackson from out of town and had a window broken out of our vehicle while on the highway just outside of town. They were able to secure the vehicle that evening and had the window ordered and installed early the next morning! could not have asked for anything better. Great service and saved out trip! Made an appointment and on turning up told us that they did not even have the glass.No call even Handed in car today at 815 and told should be ready at noontime called them at noon and they hadn’t even got it in the shop.No call no communication !

My son and his friends are on a road trip and got a chip in their windshield. They called Red’s and got it fixed while they were in town doing laundry for a fair price! Highly recommend if you are passing through and need a repair!! Thanks Reds!!

Red's Auto Glass has been around for some time now. They do great work and their prices are very reasonable. If you have auto windshield issues, go see them.

We got a chip on our windshield on our way to Jackson. Red’s Auto Glass was able to fix it in 30 minutes when we drop by at 4pm. Hopefully we won’t need their service again but will go there again if needed!
