Amazing service everytime I take my car in there. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics nowadays. Red is always completely honest with me and my family when we take our cars in. I wish I would have found this shop sooner!

Mike was extremely helpful and easy to work with . I looked at a few trucks here and after trying a few he helped me find the right one for me . Feel like I got diamond and rough and a fair deal.

They don't make them like this anymore. My goodness..1st they're a family owned business with great business perception. They are knowledgeable, they have fair pricing and I love the direct & to the point customer service. I sure wish I had found this shop sooner. Keep up the phenomenal service!!!

Amazing service! He properly diagnosed and fixed an issue in 15 minutes that another shop misdiagnosed and wanted to charge ~2k. An honest shop/mechanic are a treasure, and this shop has earned my business for life.

My heater blower broke in a Toyota RAV4. Other dealerships wanted to keep my car for hours and charge me to diagnose a problem I already know about but REDS Automotive Service allowed me to walk in with a part purchased at Advanced Auto Care in Gahanna. It was so easy! friendly! timely! and not expensive! Absolutely NO upselling and he put air in my tires and checked my oil. This Automotive Service in Gahanna can be trusted.

Red and Shawn definitely know what they are doing. My mother took her truck here after Firestone told her she needed an entire new engine and turned out it was a simple o-ring issue which was replaced and everything works fine. Saved my mother thousands of dollars.

I've brought my 2006 ford f150 truck to them twice so far. They are super friendly, knowledgeable so they actually break down the issue your car or truck is having explain the charges and reasons for the prices and they are really fast at getting to you plus they're costs are super affordable compared to other shops . I definitely found my forever mechanic shop. They you guys for being so great in a world where finding an honest shop that doesn't want to rip you off is hard! Thanks Michael

Red's was great. I worked with a few members of the team but primarily Mike Willis. As an out of state buyer who hadn't purchased a vehicle in 13 years and was buying my first high end vehicle, they really made the process easy. I was appreciative that they walked me through the steps and held the vehicle (Tesla Model 3) for me while I secured my finances despite the fact that others showed interest. Their shop was nice and not too far from Denver. Overall a great experience flying into Denver and driving back to Ohio. The vehicle was as expected and advertised and I'm very appreciative of their help.
