I suggest NO one takes there vehicle to this man he lies he is dishonest and scams you for your money and quits on you on the repairs and doesn’t give you anything back but gives you your vehicle all messed up all over the place I paid him in FULL $3600 & he could not complete the job always had an excuse for everything and On top of that he had the truck for a whole year don’t trust this guy DONT WATSE YOUR TIME & MONEY! If I could give 0 stars I would. Danny does not answer phone calls. Gives 0 information on the progress of my car. I am still waiting on my car to be done after 4 months of him “working” on it and paying the entire bill upfront. DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

He has had my wife's car since February and has done nothing. Needed a new engine and kept telling me week after week it would be done in a few days then he had covid, broke his foot, death in the family, didnt have any employees, ... After he stated 2 used motors failed he informed me it would need a new motor. Still nothing. Filed a civil suit against him and Reds. Car is locked up in the shop I hope.

I am only putting a star so I can leave a comment. I see Nick Wise who posted a comment is having the same issue. My car has been at Red's 9 months and it's excuse after excuse to the point we filed a law suit. The owner is traveling nonstop doing car drag races and I can only assume using the money his customers are giving him to fund his hobbies. I know more than one person that knows him and not one single excuse he has given us as to why the car is not ready has been true . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS MAN !!! I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HIM. He is a crook.

Worst automotive shop in Texas. This person has had my girlfriend's truck for 6 months and we've been telling him for the last 6 weeks we would be down to pick it up that it needs to be finished. She paid the day she dropped it off 6 months ago $1600 to have her transmission fixed. We'll after 2 different attempts at fixing it, he failed and now it just gave up on it. We picked it up this morning with no transmission installed or in sight and he said it would be finished. Contacting a lawyer and will be suing for The money back plus damages...

Worst experience I’ve ever had with an automotive shop didn’t get my truck out on time lied to me constantly about issues that didn’t exist never would call me and let me know what was going on always had to call them very unprofessionalAnd the work they did wasn’t done properly I would advise everybody to find somebody else more honest that will do quality work

Our family started using Red's about a year ago. He does good work, BUT, in ALL the times we have brought numerous vehicles here they have NEVER returned our cars even close to when they said they would. Lots of the time its been a day late... NOT THIS TIME. We brought a vehicle in on Thursday for an A/C repair. We were supposed get it back Friday. NOPE. So then he told us it would be ready by 1030 Saturday morning. We started calling about noon No answer and voice-mail was full. I tried texting. No response... for HOURS we called and texted. We knew they were going to close at 5, so about 430 we headed to the shop. When we got there the shop was closed up with our vehicle obviously inside the closed garage. We finally got hold of the owner on Facebook messenger while trying to report some folks hauling tool boxes out of the obviously closed business. That he responded to, he promised he would get our vehicle to us first thing Monday morning. We called Monday morning and he said come at noon. THEN he called back and told us to come at 230. At 230 we showed up to find the vehicle STILL in the bay with the hood up and a guy in there. We approached him and he told us he STILL wasn't done... On top of that when I brought the vehicle in, he told us they were having a cash flow problem. He asked if we would pay half up front... which we have NEVER done before. I felt bad for the guy so I paid the FULL $800 UP FRONT. Trying to do the guy a solid... NEVER again. We needed that vehicle Friday like he promised. Instead we are sitting in the parking lot still freaking waiting, on Monday afternoon.. To update this review, Red's got our vehicle back to us Tuesday. Some other issues popped up with Danny said he would fix. Yeah it took a long time, but we are appreciative that the shop has stepped up to keep our business. Thank you Danny. Sara
