Do not trust this shop. They sold me a tire that had a slow leak in it. So I went back up to the shop to tell them about it and they answer to that was do you want us to plug it for 20$. I said no and they filled the tire to 50 psi like that was going to fix the problem. Very unprofessional and I hope nobody else has to experience what I did .

Hidden gem of the city. Can handle custom alignments (even big rims), rim repairs, and great tire prices. Now I'm not so mad about that pothole since I met a new small business to support.

These guys are a blessing. I had a blow out 20 miles away I called and They offered to stay after hours to get us back on the road. Highly recommend. Will be back!!!

I truly thought this was a great place as I came here before but I supposably got a brand new tire on a Friday and 2 days later my tire was flat and i was told by another tire shop this tire was very used and could have caused me to wreck. They stated it had beads all in the tire but it's supposed to be new?? Right.

Had my car towed two hours before I got off work and It was already finished when I got there to pick it up. 2 rim repairs and 4 tires at a very reasonable price. Definitely a go to for me.

Last week during the heavy rain, I had a flat and drove my car to safety, which caused damage to the rim. I had contacted several tire repair shops and was told that I would need to purchase a new rim. I lucked up and contacted Reed's Rims & Tire Shop and they were able to repair my rim and get me a new tire. I not only got what I needed, but I also saved money! The staff was honest, professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable! I will be using their services again because it isn't often for women to be treated fairly when getting repairs done to their vehicles! Don't sleep on Reed's Rims & Tire Shop because they will treat you fair and will look out for your best interest!

When I showed up to Reed's Rims & Tire Shop I was riding shotgun on a tow truck courtesy of AAA. I had hit a pot hole, so I thought, and it left me in a bad way. Once I arrived, Gerald, one of the owners (I swear the brothers look like twins) took great care of me along with a gentleman named Tank. I was given SUPREME customer service and as a result they noticed that my 2 front tires were actually dry rotted, and if it wasn't for that unfortunate pot hole I could've been on 2 flats on the expressway somewhere! Furthermore my back passenger tire had 3 nails in it. Did you hear me? 3 NAILS!!! Talk about how sometimes we can be blessed through the fortunate happening of what is normally an unfortunate coincidence. Thank you Gerald, thank you Tank and thank you to Reed's Rims &Tire Shop. They have definitely earned a repeat customer in me.

I live in San Diego and drove cross country last week with my dog to spend some time with my mother in Virginia. Being 2 1/2 days into a four-day drive, having my tire blow on I-40 was less than ideal. I got the spare on, and headed straight to Reed’s since it was the closest tire shop…I could not have been more lucky. Though they did not have a tire on-hand that fit my car, they knew where they could purchase one for me and made a quick call to confirm the price, then one of the employees hopped in his personal truck and was back in 15 minutes with the tire. A mere 10 minutes after that, I was back on the road. These guys were so thoughtful and ready to solve the problem that I didn’t have time to let any of my family know that I’d run into an issue! Considering I live on the other side of the country, I hope I don’t see these guys again :), but it confirmed to me that there are experienced, sharp, thoughtful people out there who know how to get you on your way if you run into an issue. I’ll always be grateful to Reed’s for their problem solving abilities. Thank you!!!
