Taylor and Alan help me out. I brought in my Volvo Cross country because I had a wobble in my steering wheel when I applied brakes. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem as having warped front rotors. Alan called me after the diagnosis and went over the plan. They were able to replace the front rotors and get my car back on the road the same day. They didn't try to upsell me on some other part replacement or service that I didn't need. These guys are EXPERTS ON VOLVOS! As the kids say, "don't sleep on them." The repair cost was affordable and more than fair. I’m someone who will repair pretty much anything on their own car but I was lost on the major issue I was having with my 850 turbo. These guys properly diagnosed the issue, kept me updated with phone calls, and gave me more than a fair price for the work they put in and had it done in a timely manner. They took great care of my car and if I have any problems that I can’t figure out myself then it’s going back here. Great group of people. Thank you.

We’ve had a horrible problem with our Volvo in which the dealer was unwilling to continue work. The manager at Reeve-Smith spoke to me today and examined the problem photos and was confident and happy to go to work on the problem.
