Professional, friendly, and reasonable priced . The Professionals at Regency Auto, show you by taking photos of the work they are doing on your vehicle and explain each step. And they refer to their customers by name. In my case, it was my first time, and it made me feel as though they valued my business. I've been to other auto repairs, as a customer for years, and never acknowledged by my name only identified by my phone number and car model. Definitely, I will be returning for all of my auto needs and highly recommend Regency Auto Repairs.

I now have a regular car shop to go to. My car was having trouble starting to I drove straight here and they were able to identify and fix the problem in less than 24 hours! Also, my car died in the parking lot and they were kind enough to push it around back to the garage for me! 10/10 service and quality!!

Our family has had 3 luxury cars repaired at this joint and they did a seamless job each time. We mostly had fender replacements, dent and scratch fixes. The service was very efficient and timely. The folks at regency are very communicative and will send you text updates with pictures for layered repairs. They are also nice about free followups. I would highly recommend them for your body repair needs

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hitting a pole, causing significant damage to the front passenger side of my car. Luckily, I took my car to Regency Auto Repair on the recommendation of a friend and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Abdul is a lovely guy, along with Nadim and his team, they did an amazing job repairing all the damaged parts, making my car look like new again. They paid exceptional attention to all the details and did a wonderful job. All in less than a week. Additionally, Abdul, after knowing that this was my first accident, also helped me with the insurance claim process, which made everything much easier and less stressful for me. To top it all off, they returned my car in a gleaming condition, which I greatly appreciated. For this reason, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of bodywork or repairs. The professionalism, quality of work and excellent customer service of Regency Auto Repair are truly rare to find, especially considering the stories of some friends who have had a similar damage. Came in with a front end passenger side collision with the need of a bunch of internal and body work. Their painting skills were impeccable and their prices were certainly more than fair. I could not recommend a better shop, I was in and out within a weeks time. My car looked brand new when I got it back! I thought they had bought me a new car. They cleaned up the outside real nice and even buffed out my headlights. They’re incredibly responsive within their working hours and the workers are more than friendly. They also have a nice waiting room with a little bit of candy if you ever need to wait. I would definitely come back in. (After photos are to come in a little bit, just imagine the car shiny and new with a bow on top).

Dishonest! I took my car here because I didn’t know better. They did not do a good job with the body work and I had to go back to ask them to fix it better.They also left powder and foot marks all over my back seat I had to clean up. During the repair - I was also told the battery was no good and that they could swap it. I agreed and it ended up being a dud. I went back and the owner said they never swapped it for another. Crooks!

They did my car's prepurchase inspection, gave solid recommendations and later on, expert opinion on the price and choice. This is BY FAR the best auto repair spot in Houston. From their knowledge of cars, to complete transparency, excellent craftsmanship, and ability to source dealer parts - there is no one better. For context, I was quoted in a “ballpark” manner by someone familiar with my car that it’ll cost me about $30,000 in repairs…Regency fixed my car, got all original parts, install, paint, etc. for less than 1/3rd of that cost and in less than two weeks. I’ve dealt with several auto shops in Houston and, genuinely, no one comes close. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

Update: I recently had my Venza car repaired at Regency Auto repair shop after it was involved in a collision at the front due to a hitch receiver.
