I am so glad a friend referred me to Regency Service Center. They are honest, friendly, thorough and will repair your car at a very reasonable price. You will not be overcharged here. It is very rare now a days to have a auto mechanic that does not take advantage of the customer and over charge just because they can. I got 3 estimates on a new thermostat for my 2011 ML 350 one as high as $1000 and Regency Service Center replaced mine, parts and labor for $445. Don't even think about. Call them and make an appointment for your car repairs. You will be glad you did. They are located West of 84th street just North of I street.

I was on a long distance road trip when my car blew a gasket and started making the worst noise. They were able to get me in right away and back on the road in no time. Also very clearly explained the issue and what caused it, which I always appreciate. Very reasonable price as well. Very grateful!

They were recommended to me by someone. I have had my car serviced by them a few times and each time has been satisfactory. I own a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. So far, each service has been reasonably priced and affordable for me. The staff are approachable and communicate with you about services.

I thought I could trust this crew. Suggested that I needed front brakes done. One month after, the right front was still 'tight'. Took car back. They blamed it on the axle. They had failed to put in a new pin boot and/or forgot the grease. Did not turn the disks. Developed a serious wobble when coming to a stop. Took the car elsewhere to be fixed. They replaced the $12 part [pin boot]. They also properly turned all four disks at a total cost of $458.92. Regency has lost my business for lying to me. Honesty is the best part of a business. Admitting to a wrong would have been forgivable.

Took truck in to drain coolant, Shawn told me it didn't need it. And no charge for looking at it. Wow, I've been looking for a good, trustworthy mechanic. I think I've found the place.

When our van broke down enroute home from Denver to Michigan, the owner gave up his lunch break to fix it right away for us, for a great price! Really pleasant people, comfortable lobby, great place. What a blessing.

The Scotty Kilmer of Omaha. if you don't know the biggest star of the automotive genre on YouTube that is actually ethical, knowledgeable, and practical just take my word for it this is the Omaha metro areas version of that guy. You can tell by the cars parked in the lot that a lot of his customers are proud of their older vehicles but aren't stupid enough to pay BMW, Lexus, Mercedes, Cadillac dealer fees. Visited this place today for a check up on my car as it's at a hundred thousand miles. I expected he would call me back with a list of things needed, instead I showed up he said there's no reason to change anything and only charged me $20. Yeah, $20. As I was grabbing my credit card I looked at the calendar on the wall to see if they knew what year it was. That's be included them putting it on the list and checking it out. Sean, the mechanic. seems like he's from another era. He said something to me about not believing and selling people things they didn't need. I looked up at the map to see what country I was in... If this was some other place they would have quoted me hundreds of dollars for things I didn't need. I heard about this place for my sister. The Chevrolet dealer down the street told her she needed a whole new engine.. she took it in there to get a second opinion that was about 20,000 miles ago. Same engine. Definitely going back to this place. Call in advance because there's usually a wait.
