Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Like that they rate items: green, yellow, and red to prepare customer for upcoming issues and provide photos of items needing repaired.

Just saw this place on my map and remembered I took my Outback here for repair some years ago before I even lived in New Mexico. Super friendly staff. Other repair shops could learn a thing or two from these folks.

This was my first time at Reincarnation with my first Subaru. The service was excellent and the results were great, They performed a in depth diagnostic that gave me a very complete picture of my cars needs. They were easy to work with in tailoring the service to my needs., and the work was done quickly. They even washed my car! My second visit with these folks only re-enforces my initial impression. They are beyond good! From the 45 point inspection to the attention to detail I feel confident recommending them highly.

What a great shop! Could have sold us on hours of unnecessary troubleshooting and parts but gave us the cold hard truth that our Outback is running on borrowed time! This place is as trustworthy as it gets!!

I have taken my car to five auto shops this spring and summer to compare/contrast service experiences. Reincarnation staff were the friendliest and most helpful. Here's how: 1. They introduced themselves and explained their jobs and how those jobs fit into serving me, the customer, 2. They explained and then performed a very thorough inspection of my 15 year old Subaru Forester, 3. The results of the inspection along with photos and thorough explanation were sent to me, 4. They prioritized the order for maintenance/repairs, 5. They sent cost quoutes for each, 6. One gentleman's job is to explain these procedures to folks. That's what he does. We had a conversation. He did a thorough and fantastic job of this. Of the five auto shops I used this year Reincarnation wins hands down! Thank you guys!
