They were so helpful in picking out a set of tires for my car, installing them and checking the front end suspension system and making sure everything was just right. I really appreciate their service policies and the way they do things there. My old car Jeep 2004 could not be in better hands than theirs.

I could not be happier, again, with Reis auto greenfield's service. I have an old car and was thinking the next repair to fix a noticeable problem with it would cost a lot. But they knew how to get my car fixed up the most effective way without pushing to do any extras, and got everything done incredibly fast (same day I brought it in.) Staff is amazing and friendly, going out of their way to even accommodate me with transportation at no extra cost. I can't say enough good things about this place. Been here for repairs for the last 3+ years and am always beyond impressed.

Update 10/7/24: I have gotten a new Subaru Crosstrek and I will be trusting REIS with this new vehicle as well. Just got my first oil change and the tire rotation was FREE! Thanks, REIS! 😁 REIS was able to diagnose and fix a problem with my compressor that another area mechanic couldn't figure out. They will also show you photos of what needs to be repaired on the vehicle. They will be straight with you and not try to pull the wool over your eyes. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Update: I continue to be a happy customer of REIS Auto! They have worked on my brakes, put in a new battery for me and repaired a tire since my first post. I have a 12 year old SUV that REIS is keeping running along! 😁

Extremely thorough. They send you a link with photos and explanations on current and potential issues on your car and Tswj, who was my main point of contact and couldn’t be friendlier, then explains everything over the phone to you in more detail, with pricing etc. Great, great, place and most importantly my brakes are now running much better and safer! You’ll be in good hands going here.

I cant say enough great things about this place. They take care of me every time. From the thorough inspections to timely service. This last time they overexceeeded my expectations. Major auto repair and it wasn't gonna be done until Monday (secretly was bummed not having my car all weekend) so then friday night around 630pm well after the shop closed they called and said my car was ready for pickup!!!! Just the simple fact they called me and let me know showed me so much. Very grateful for them. Definitely go here if you want family treatment

I like going to Reis because they have good customer service. They are very friendly. Neat and clean sitting area they do a full inspection of your car along with your oil change and free tire rotation I haven’t had anything major as yet on my car so until then, I will give them five stars on their oil, change, tire, rotation, and friendly service

I did not have car work done at Reise. I had an emmission test. They only do emissions testing untill 3p. I came at 3:34pm. Had a bad day at DMV. Looked up Reise Auto and sure enough they do emmission testing. I arrived & the owner pointed out the 3PM was the cut off time foe emmissions. However he gladly allowed me to have my car tested. I thought that was such wonder service. No guilt trips but friendless. It made my day so to the owner, I thank you for this as my day ended up better then when I started. With such service I bet this is a wonderful place to work and to obtain great service.

I had my brakes checked the other day and had received excellent service!. They made a thorough inspection and found out what needed to be addressed. I ended up having to replace my tires and they helped me look for the best deal. I would go here for all my other repair needs from now on. It's a lot easier to make appointments with them as well. Very knowledgable mechanics and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Once again Reiss Auto came thru for me. I called because two days in a row my tire light came on. They never let me down so without an appointment they fit me in, found the problem, fixed it and I was on my way.

Repaired my wheel after an accident. I would like it is Reis could repair items such as remote parking and backup camera. I understand the expense but why not have a few repair businesses go together and buy this equipment and send your customers there rather than make them go to the car dealer.
