Denise was very kind. I picked up my car and within an hour it would not start. I had to pay 150.00 to have my car towed back. The problem was they had not plugged in a brake censior all the way. They didn't charge me anything but I am still out 150 for nothing.

We had a great experience. Dustin in service helped us get with Mike in sales to help purchase a used Nissan Rogue after my sons car was stolen. Dustin and Corey also helped with a service issue on the new car. It was even delivered it to us after hours. Definitely recommended.

I went for a routine oil change pkg. The service should have included tire rotation and “fluid top off”. My tires did not get rotated. I know this because they did not request the lug nut key from me and all my tires have a lock on them. I also had a recently replaced the front drivers tire air valve with a mismatched decorative cover. I also checked my wiper fluid right after the visit. It was at the same level as before the visit. I honestly doubt if any of the services were provided. I was the last customer of the day so they did not have the time to talk to me.

Very knowledgeable service department. And also very quick to provide assistance. Everything from scheduling the appointment to completing the work was smooth and efficient. Correy was incredibly courteous and helpful. He knows his stuff. I look forward to a long relationship with him and the others who work in the Service Department

When I arrived for my appointment time, they told me that I didn’t have an appointment, but they would fit me in. Then they told me that my lifetime oil change contract ( when I bought my 2015 Nissan new) was ending because the new ownership had decided to reneged and not honor their contract for Free Oilchanges For The Life of the Car! After they told me that the guy came out and listed multiple things that were now needing to be addressed! On my last visit none of these issues were pointed out! What kind of a business does not honor a contract! We are now in the market for a new Nissan Pathfinder. I won’t be dealing with dealership that can’t honor an agreement. When I was in the waiting area two other people were complaining about Nissan not honoring the oil change for life. John Bosaw

Have always received great service from the service staff at Reiselman Nissan. Passed the time with great conversation with Dustin, the service writer, while the service technician gave her full attention to my vehicle. She was so quick at having the oil changed, tires rotated, etc I didn’t get her name but as a technician, she deserves credit for the top notch service and I truly appreciate her expertise. The folks at Reiselman truly do lessen the burden of auto repair or service and I highly recommend them.

Very unhappy with Reiselman Nissan. We bought our Rogue from Fenton Nissan. They sold it to us brand new with 12 miles on it. Part of the reason we chose them was the lifetime oil change and tire rotation. They sold the business within i believe a year. Never once were we told they weren't going to honor the original agreement. My husband took our car in for the oil change and rotation last Thursday they informed him this is the last time they will honor the oil change. They should honor the agreement. We also didn't get a print out like we usually do. I called they said they would email it to me thought then. I spoke to Tyson I still haven't received it. He also said there isn't anything he can do the owner said they weren't allowed to honor the original agreement. We won't buy another item from them. We did purchase our after market tires from them. They said will honor the lifetime of the tires for rotation.

I had two appointments for my vehicle, which was a Nissan Titan truck. My issue was squishy brakes. I came in and was advised diagnostic was going to be run to check and see what the problem was after the diagnostic. It was brought to my attention that I needed brake pads and calipers replaced as I had a leak at a cost of $700. After six hours, they came back and advised that the calipers and that were not the problem that they misdiagnosed and the master cylinder had an issue. I came back on Monday of this week had them replaced the master cylinder and they drove it for 20 minutes to advise that it was working and they were not going to charge me labor because of the problem and only charge me for the parts. My problem is I didn’t need calipers. I didn’t need brakepads because I’d already had a brake service done six months ago and I yet have to pay for new calipers and new brake pads not needed. I would recommend that if you’re going to do a diagnostics the next time that you do it correctly don’t cost me more money than I already spent when I had the car already done on brakes And I had the issue and I knew it possibly was the master cylinder.

Overall such a horrible experience- highly recommended finding somewhere else to bring your vehicle! The amount of headaches that Reiselman Nissan gave me over the last couple months is crazy. They are terrible at communication and when they say they’ll call you back, guess what, they don’t! It took me 3 days in a row of calling to finally find out all the parts for my transmission replacement were in (even though they were supposed to call to let me know when this was…) The service workers here have horrible attitude, lack empathy, and only listened to me when I angrily expressed my frustration to the manager. Another kicker is after they diagnosed that my Rogue (with only 70,000 miles…) had an unrepairable transmission, they had NO rental vehicles to send me home in because they were all “sitting in the lot with expired tags.” Ha! Imagine a car dealership is irresponsible enough to have expired tags on all of their rental vehicles, that oftentimes, customers rely on to get home! 0/10 recommend Reiselman Nissan.

Estuve comprando mi vehículo en este dealer y nunca había tenido una experiencia de servicio mejor que con mi vendedor Sergio, Habla perfectamente español e inglés y te brinda las mejores atenciones posibles. I was buying my vehicle at this dealer and I had never had a better service experience than with my seller Sergio. He speaks perfect Spanish and English and gives you the best possible attention.

I bought a car here a few months ago and the process went smoothly. However, I was promised a second key by my salesman Blake when I purchased it and never got it despite returning to the dealership 3 or so times. Eventually I lost my first key and needed the spare. No action was taken by the dealership to get a second key until this point. I got my car towed to the dealership to get a new fob programmed to it and get a virtual key installed. They kept my car for a week when they told me it should only take a day to get a new one. Calling to check in on progress was an absolute mess, getting put on hold and transferred multiple times because nobody knew what was going on. I kept being told they would call me back and they never did. Now I have a key fob again and supposedly a virtual key (although it doesn’t work despite having it in the dealership for a week). I can’t speak for everyone else or every other case like this, but in my case every single person I contacted at the dealership did not have the skills necessary to do their job well. Would not recommend at all if you’re looking to get anything done to you car. I never post reviews about places normally, but I feel like I need to warn people against going here.
