I had used them exclusively since I moved to the area 8 years ago Spent literally thousands of dollars there. I thought o was what one would call a loyal and regular customer. Brought my 2018 KIA Soul in for a serious problem ( which ultimately could not be repaired). That is not the issue they told me that the car needed some minor work done and billed me $350 for the work. However at the end of the day the car was not drivable. So the took my cash and then told me the car was not drivable!! Are you kidding me? They did the work knowing or misdiagnosing the issue and gave me the pleasure of paying $350 for a car that ultimately was scrapped!! Brian was smug and cocky telling me about the charges when I raised concerns. DO NOT go here. They think they know a little bit more than they do. Remember I have spent thousands with them over the years and the smug attitude and questionable charges for repairs to an unfix able solution really hurt. I am 71 years old on fixed income and cannot afford to blow $350 on something for nothing.

I come here all the time, the place is nice in the inside a clean they give you water most definitely gives you great car service…Come get an oil change & see what you get!!!

I only gave 1 star but the customer service was a 0. I will never return back due to the negligence of Brian (manager) cost me additional money, that I’m seeking reimbursement unable to speak with Frank the owner due to Brian failing to notify. Brian is very unprofessional and a BIGOT and does things to get additional money out of customers.Brian talks to you as if your incompetent DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! FYI my check engine light was not on prior to you. I took my car to Firestone immediately after leaving your shop and they said the gas cap was twisted off that’s why the check engine light was on. I asked you Brian did you check my car you said ( oh I checked your gas cap myself) Lies!!!!!!!!

So I was referred here by Discount Tire on Jones for an alignment. The first alignment (3.25 years ago) went well, I thought, and it seemed they did a good job. Fast forward 4,000 miles and it was obvious we needed ANOTHER alignment...(THINK about how often you'd need an alignment if you drive less than 10 miles a day) Brought it back to RA. (1 month ago) After the maintenance was completed, they showed me the read out. They claimed I needed new struts in order to complete the alignment because they "couldn't align the passenger side front tire" b/c of the strut. I know that the tie rod plays a bigger part in the alignment than the struts do, so I was skeptical. My BIL owns "All Out Off Road", they are experts in this kinda stuff. I looked for a second opinion b/c I spent 100 BUCKS to basically lie to me... Turns out all I needed was a tie rod, not the struts. RA tried to up sell me on something I didn't need, and no doubt, they would have tacked the tie rod cost/labor on top of the $1200.00+ they already quoted me for the struts... Very disappointed. Will be reporting this to the manager of DT on Jones as well cause he's a friend of mine & I would hate for them to keep referring ppl to this place. Reliable Auto allowed me to get on the road with a faulty tie rod and didn't even mention it to me. My wife took a road trip with our 9 year old and imagining her getting stuck on the side of the road is infuriating. It's hard to believe that a professional car mechanic company like this place, where 100s of ppl take their vehicles a week, didn't know what they were doing. I feel I was misinformed on purpose and I hold a grudge like an elephant. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN AN OIL CHANGE... & even that could be sketchy.... Especially if you're a girl....

They charged me 1200 to replace my starter and a motir mount cuz you know they cant just fix what you took the car in for and now my car shakes VERY BADLY has been doing it ever since and not only that but my front grille was smooshed in. Granted the plastic was broke behind it but it NEVER looked like it did when i got it back! I will NEVER be back here again. I have since been to ADAMS AUTOMOTIVE off I-10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM DO NOT GO HERE

Customer service has always been great. Prices aren't the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Work is always completed as promised. Only gripe would be that the evaluation fee for issues is a separate fee that does not go towards the diagnosed service if repaired. Other wise service is great and waiting area is nice with coffee and waters available.

I called to enquire about a service as they were recommended by Discount Tires down the street. Brian was very informative and helpful. I came by and was in and out in less than an hour, the price was less than someone else a bit farther down the road.Brian also told me a service "the other place" stated I needed on my car was not possible due to the type steering I had. I will definitely come back! Awesome waiting area as well.

Discount Tire Cypress recommended I go to Reliable for wheel alignment after my previous tires had wear marks on the shoulder. Reliable was very good about making an appointment, and their facility is clean and staff professional. They were unable to bring a couple of wheels into alignment spec, and recommended a new part for one wheel and that the front two struts be replaced. I went to John Eagle Honda, and they were able to bring the wheels into spec, so it seems as though the Reliable mechanics were mistaken, or worse, when recommending their expensive solutions. They also recommended coolant and brake fluid maintenance, and their prices are prices good compared to, say, John Eagle Honda, but I'm leery of having any work done after their alignment mistake.

Well this place is recommended by my insurance. Since the first time I came I had a really good impression. They have a really nice waiting area with a bathroom,water,coffee ,tv even little table for kids . Everyone is very professional. Is one of the benefits of my insurance that I find this place and completely recommend to everyone. Also the rate prices for oil change is better compare to other places so is worth it every penny you pay for it. They have everything here and car inspections too . Reliable auto repair gives you the best customer service and class experience! I don’t go to other places anymore. So if you looking for a great quality service for your vehicle come here .
