Been taking my Honda Odyssey to Reliable Auto over 2 years for basic service. I learned about Reliable through excellent reviews in Nextdoor. Eric and Michael are excellent customer service and communication. The techs do a great job on my car. There were times I had to come back for adjustments and the techs did made it right. Plus, Reliable documents all of their warranties, which is great that way we do not have to pay for double service work - as long as it’s under their warranty (mine was 1 year - worked out perfectly). Big thanks to Reliable auto for taking great care of my 2014 Lexus. I went in for an oil/filter change as well as brake service. They started by accommodating my schedule and got me checked in quickly and efficiently. They contacted me by phone to explain their inspection results and were available for Q and A. Afterwards they sent me a detailed breakdown of services suggested and it was incredibly easy and user friendly to pick and choose what I would like to see done. The work was completed in a very satisfactory time frame. I am comforted to know that my car is in proper working order and have a plan played out for future needs. I will continue to bring my car to Reliable for service. This team are consummate professionals and truly care about their customers. Well done boys! Cheers to a job well done. Thank you!

Excellent work on my 2004 Diesel truck. Just completed towing a 14K pound trailer over several mountain passes. Reliable Auto's servicing enabled this 20 year old truck run like a charm. Great work!

We've been using Reliable Auto Repair for a few years now and have always been pleased with the service. They've been taking very good care of our Rav4 and F150 at reasonable rates and giving us honest assessments of the work needed. When it was time for our newer Bolt EUV to have a tire rotation and 22K Mi checkup we opted to take it to Reliable rather than have the dealer try to overcharge us. We highly recommend Reliable Auto Repair.

If your car doesn't pass smog, Reliable Auto Service has experts in all the areas of car repair to get it done. Service was quick and professional. I brought my 2008 BMW to Reliable Auto for coolant leak. My car was fully inspected and the recommended services were listed in order of priority.. The coolant leak was repaired and Eric reviewed the repair list and answered all my questions.The cost was reasonable, I highly recommend them.

Brought in my vehicle to get a second opinion on an issue from my last dealer inspection that gave me pause. Reliable gave me a prompt turn around to diagnose and a competitive quote to boot. Staff works hard to make sure all your questions/concerns are met. If I hit a problem down the line, will be sure to come back.

09/24 Again, "Reliable" has been reliable. Being a woman I'm so thankful for their great work and honesty. Whenever I have questions they take time to explain and show what is needed in a respectful way. 12/23 I've been going to Reliable for over 15 years and they have always been professional and Reliable with anything that is needed with my autos. Honest and Reliable is what they are. Father and son business and they are a great team! Their work is warranted and honor it completely.

Fast, friendly and clean work. Had valve cover gaskets and spark plugs done and the tech made sure to not just wipe down the dirty valve cover but cleaned it extremely well

I took my vehicle to Reliable Auto to get a new fuel pump. Eric called me, and reported that their mechanic road tested my vehicle, and was unable to replicate the problem. The mechanic hooked it up to the machine, and could not see any error codes. Eric told me he would feel bad replacing my fuel pump, because it didn't need to be done, and he didn't want me to waste my money. That's the level of service you get from Reliable Auto. You can trust them to look out for you.

Michael and Alex are just great, our family has been with them for multiple cars and for many years now, and this review is long overdue. They are hard working, professional, transparent and honest. Mistakes are always rectified. Eric who handles the front end customer experience is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Reliable Auto Repair was efficient and very helpful. I made an appointment, drop my car off and within the day they sent me a quote for all the repairs that they recommended and in order of what was more priority to fix than others. They even have pictures of the areas that needed to be fixed which was helpful to see. I approved them through my phone and they fixed it the very next day. Super fast as I needed to have my Catalytic converter needed to be removed and welded back on. They even assisted with my smog test which was super helpful. I would recommend this shop in a heart beat. If I have future problems this is where I’ll go first.
