I had a good experience here today getting a flat tire patched up. The price was reasonable, and Eric - the mechanic - advised me about getting new tires while he was at it. I'll come back in the future for sure!

My son was having trouble with his car with part of the exhaust dragging on the ground and We live out of State. We found Reliable on the website and have been working with Eric to get his car fixed. Eric went above and beyond to help my son out and am so Thankful to know there is an honest and helpful guy and company to get my sons car in working order. Kudos to Eric and the company for a great job and would recommend this company to anyone! THANKYOU!!

Eric is the most GENUINE mechanic I have EVER met! A literal God send! My husband and I had unexpected car trouble when we found him on Google. We went in for a quick diagnostic, and he went above and beyond to not only diagnosis the problem, but to come up with a solution! He had our car up and running in less than 30 mins! He was very honest about the state of our vehicle and didn't try to sell us on any services. Just a good hearted man trying to be a blessing to other's. I thank God for Eric, and I pray that the Lord richly bless you for all that you do! 🙏

Seriously cannot recommend Eric enough. He's super honest and very kind, easy to speak to, just such a great guy. You feel like you're talking to your dad or uncle or something. He looked at my car for me to figure out what was wrong with it and didn't charge me anything, and was very honest and upfront about the costs of repairs and how he didn't think it would be worth it for me because of the age/condition of the car.

The service was above and beyond! Staff took extra time out of their day to investigate an emergent issue and saved us from a potential catastrophe. The office is immaculate and everyone was professional who we encountered. We highly recommend Reliable Auto!

Incredible staff. They answer the phone. They listen to your problem. They communicate clearly. They go above and beyond. They are very hard working. There was only one guy working the day we came in and he was running around all over the place covering absolutely everything but nothing slipped through the cracks. He was so respectful and I felt very well taken care of.

Make it so everyday needs like battery replacement can be taken care of regardless of if we buy it from you. It shouldn’t be $140 an hour to change a battery…that’s not reliable.

My tire shredded near Reliable so I called and Eric was able to get me in ten minutes later. 1 hour later, everything was fixed and my car was ready for pickup. Price was more than reasonable. 5*

Thank you Reliable Auto Service / Eric for exceptional work on a car (Nissan Altima 2008) that needed help. You are amazing and helped my son and daughter in law to be back on the road with a working car .. You have amazing customer service skills and are an exceptional mechanic. Eric kept me informed while working on with the car. This is where you want to service your car... My only issue was waiting the two and a half weeks to get an appointment. But Eric will more than make up for your wait.
