This shop is great and honest. The shop manager Abdel has been helping me since I moved here for school. Even if he can’t help you, he will find resources for you elsewhere. Oftentimes you’ll leave the shop learning new things about your car.

Abdel is the best! I called with an urgent engine issue, he worked with me to properly diagnose the problem and saved me $6,000 in the process! He is honest and I can’t recommend him any higher. He will do a great job and I am taking all our cars here for all future services. Thank you again!!!

Very straightforward place, not a lot of wasting time. Abdel (manager) is very friendly but also knows what he’s doing. Replaced the alternator in our truck in less than a day and we were able to get back home super quickly. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this mechanic! If you're tired of paying dealership prices for mediocre service, do yourself a favor and bring your car here. Not only is the quality of service far superior, but it's also half the price of what the dealership quoted me. Abdel is incredibly honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. He took the time to explain what was going on with our 2015 Acura and offered affordable, practical solutions. It's so refreshing to find someone you can actually trust with your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Mr. Abdel has to be one of the nicest people out there, he fixed my car when I had a last minute issue before leaving FL from a summer job and now that I have lived here full time, he's the person I trust most with my car. He's a very caring mechanic and I've only ever had wonderful experiences taking my car to him! He makes sure I'm safe before I hit the road, and I couldn't be more thankful. Rescue Automotive is fast, efficient, and caring with the work they do, and I am sad to be moving away from the area as I will miss the amazing service I've always received here! Just as quick/efficient as going to the dealer, yet the sincerity and comfort here is something you won’t find elsewhere. Such a relief to be here after experiencing the pushy mechanics at Firestone. Abdel is personable and trustworthy. He made sure I was aware of every step he was taking for my car. He updated me often and sent photos. He reminded me I wouldn’t be charged for parts he was ordering until I gave consent. Not to mention the hospitality. I felt very taken care of being there. The bar is high!

The owner was extremely cordial with my pre-purchase inspection on a 2018 Ford Focus ST. He was able to get it done in less than half the time that was expected, with great communication. We were able to set something up very quickly and took care of it the same day we scheduled an appointment. He let me know everything to know about the car that I should. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone that has a car!

Abdel is a good, honest man. He stays very busy, but gets the job done quickly and efficiently. He saved me in a pinch, and likely would do the same for you. I’ve never appreciated a mechanic more. Take your car here, you’ll end up upset and with empty pockets elsewhere.

Abdel will turn SOUR with you in a heart beat especially if things don't go his way. I've been doing business here for about 10 years. I thought he was honest with his prices, but he is not. He is over priced! I needed to get my mirror replaced, he wanted to charge me $245 dollars and I talked him down to $220. I decided that I no longer wanted to get the work done. I put a deposit down of $220. He WOULD not REFUND my money and made me pay for the part. On top of that, he ordered the wrong part and started yelling at me on the phone and being nasty. He is very UNPROFESSIONAL and shouldn't handle business like that. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN!!!!! I ended up having to install my outside mirror myself which was easy and he wanted to charge me over $200 dollars to remove a door panel and connect one wire. Give me a break, that was way too much money that he was charging for such an easy job. He did not provide me with a receipt. He did not explain to me about how the deposit process works, in other words let me know that if I change my mind that I couldn't get my full refund. He also charged me for another job $2000 dollars for a BELT, 2 AXLES, ROTORS, and BREAK PADS which was WAY too much money!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!

I actually found out about this place through Reddit. After reading all the wonderful Google reviews, I decided to bring my car here. Turns out my car didn’t need much work, but the overall experience with this shop has turned me into a loyal customer. Abdel took the time to explain things to me and even allowed me to test drive my car to make sure it was up to my standards. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great place to get your car fixed. Excellent service and precise work. Highly recommend over any chain automotive shop. I got my brakes done that also entailed all the lug nuts and some wheel studs to be changed due to negligence from Pep Boys across the street.
