Thank you so much to Abdel for helping with my car! I took my car to the dealer and other auto shops and they charged me an arm and a leg and did not even fix my issue. Abdel went above and beyond to help me. The service is amazing, I got updates throughout the whole process. I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs a mechanic. Very reliable and honest.

Had an amazing first experience here today! Came in because my car had problems with the battery connectivity and the owner was able to not only fix the problem perfectly but also had it finished within 30 minutes! He even went the extra mile to explain everything and also tell me what I should get fixed in the future since my car is getting older. He was the kindest soul and truly made my entire week! And to top it all off he didn’t even charge me. I can’t express how grateful I am to have met him and know that I will be back here in the future. I will be recommending my friends and family as well

Highly recommend this location for body and mechanical work. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They even returned my call immediately on Thanksgiving Day when my husband’s truck water pump failed. Thank you!

I had a great experience here! Even though he was clearly busy, he took the time to help me as a walk-in and checked my car. He was very friendly & honest. took the time to explain everything to me, showing me exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciated the effort and the transparency. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. If I ever have any issues with my car again that I know he can fix, I will definitely be coming back.

Abdel is the best! I called with an urgent engine issue, he worked with me to properly diagnose the problem and saved me $6,000 in the process! He is honest and I can’t recommend him any higher. He will do a great job and I am taking all our cars here for all future services. Thank you again!!!

This shop is great and honest. The shop manager Abdel has been helping me since I moved here for school. Even if he can’t help you, he will find resources for you elsewhere. Oftentimes you’ll leave the shop learning new things about your car.

Very straightforward place, not a lot of wasting time. Abdel (manager) is very friendly but also knows what he’s doing. Replaced the alternator in our truck in less than a day and we were able to get back home super quickly. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this mechanic! If you're tired of paying dealership prices for mediocre service, do yourself a favor and bring your car here. Not only is the quality of service far superior, but it's also half the price of what the dealership quoted me. Abdel is incredibly honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. He took the time to explain what was going on with our 2015 Acura and offered affordable, practical solutions. It's so refreshing to find someone you can actually trust with your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Mr. Abdel has to be one of the nicest people out there, he fixed my car when I had a last minute issue before leaving FL from a summer job and now that I have lived here full time, he's the person I trust most with my car. He's a very caring mechanic and I've only ever had wonderful experiences taking my car to him! He makes sure I'm safe before I hit the road, and I couldn't be more thankful. Rescue Automotive is fast, efficient, and caring with the work they do, and I am sad to be moving away from the area as I will miss the amazing service I've always received here! Abdel is fair and very open about the services he is providing. If you're in the area and need vehicle assistance, Rescue Automotive is the best around!

The owner was extremely cordial with my pre-purchase inspection on a 2018 Ford Focus ST. He was able to get it done in less than half the time that was expected, with great communication. We were able to set something up very quickly and took care of it the same day we scheduled an appointment. He let me know everything to know about the car that I should. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone that has a car!

Just as quick/efficient as going to the dealer, yet the sincerity and comfort here is something you won’t find elsewhere. Such a relief to be here after experiencing the pushy mechanics at Firestone. Abdel is personable and trustworthy. He made sure I was aware of every step he was taking for my car. He updated me often and sent photos. He reminded me I wouldn’t be charged for parts he was ordering until I gave consent. Not to mention the hospitality. I felt very taken care of being there. The bar is high!
