I regret to inform you that I have been a loyal customer for four years, but recent events have compelled me to express my dissatisfaction with the establishment's handling of my concerns. Specifically, I am deeply disappointed with the owner's decision to prioritize personal matters over addressing my legitimate complaint regarding a defective tire purchased from your establishment. Earlier today, I purchased a used tire from your establishment, only to discover a significant hole in it shortly after. This necessitated me to inflate the tire on three separate occasions before returning to your establishment. Upon my arrival, instead of acknowledging their error and rectifying the situation, I was inexplicably charged an additional $10 for a replacement tire. To add insult to injury, the owner of the establishment, rather than addressing my concerns or offering an apology, chose to engage in leisure activities with friends, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to pursue legal action to protect my consumer rights and ensure that such instances of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction are not repeated in the future.

I've been to many uses tire shops in town and this guy has to be one of most honest. I been going here for about 2 years with no problems. If you're looking for an honest and affordable prices, this is the place.
