Absolutely wonderful experience! I needed my headlight bulbs replaced, and with the model of my vehicle it wasn't a simple job. However, my visit to this location was very quick! He was knowledgeable, honest and thorough. And speaking as a young single woman, I felt very safe while sitting in the garage waiting for my car. It couldn't have been better, thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Very kind a professional, with a quick turn around on our vehicle. Got us in on Thursday evening about 4:30pm and took care of our truck and got us out Friday morning about 10am. Truck is running real well.

Chris is hands down my new go to mobile mechanic. I called him at 6pm on a Wednesday. My car was fixed and back on the road by 11am the next day. Couldn’t reccomend him more. Thanks Chris!

Hands down the best experience I could imagine. Contacted Mr Reynolds on a Friday morning because I had a spark plug blow on my 5.4 triton which is a known issue. He was able to allow me to drop off my truck the same evening and thoroughly explained what he was going to do going forward. Saturday he got to work and explained what was going on throughout the whole process. I was able to pick up my truck the next morning. Not only was he an excellent communicator but very thorough in explaining what he did and what things might need some work in the future. Definitely highly recommend and will be going to him for everything in the future. Thank you very much

Chris has fixed 2 cars for me in the past few months. First was my 1986 gmc pick up. Chris diagnosed the problem , promptly text me the issue and quoted a fair price. The work was completed in a very timely fashion and I was back on the road quickly. Truck runs like new and my issues were fixed. The second was my mom’s mini cooper that had computer issues. Chris did what he does so diligently, diagnosing several issue and found several problems that needed done, as before he quoted a fair price and completed the work. He researched and found out the internal computer had a problem and had it rebuilt. Replaced coils and a few other things. Mom is back on the road again . He earned my business from here on. Fantastic customer service and fair prices, not easy to find this quality of work these days. I consider him a true mechanic that works on vehicles like they are his very own!

One of the best auto repair services experiences we’ve ever had. We had one of our hoses (something to do with the radiator) that was difficult to get to for my son Rick and Kris was able to replace it right here in my garage. Very honest and so reasonable that it was less than what he first quoted us. So thankful because I just had to pay for a replacement sump pump the week before. We definitely will be using Reynolds Services again. Thank you!!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Reynolds Services! I bought my car new back in 2017 and haven't been the best at preventative care and general upkeep. When I contacted Chris, my car had a whole slew of issues. He never made me feel bad and he took the time to explain everything in ways that I understood. I really appreciated how he showed me the old parts and communicated through the entire process! The pricing is very reasonable, his work is wonderful, and everything was done in a timely manner. I won't take my car to anyone else now!

Excellent service! We needed a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle we were buying, and nobody else in the area was available on short notice. Kris was able to make room in his schedule the same day, and gave the vehicle a very thorough inspection, in a short time, for a fair price of ~$50. He seems very knowledgeable, and found some issues that helped us to negotiate price. I wish we lived in KC, I would definitely return there!

Chris did an amazing job on my son's 1995 F250. Chris kept me informed on all parts that needed to be replaced to prevent further breakdowns and took extra care cleaning other components while he had the wheel assemblies apart. Chris was great. He helped us at the last minute after we got scammed by another "company". Repaired a few things that were a problem. Prices were as fair as they could be. When it came to the point he didn't know any more, he referred us to a great shop that fixed the remaining problem. Chris was honest with what issues he could find and what it would take to fix it.

Chris was very thorough and explained everything to me. He didn’t over charge me or fix things I didn’t beed to get more money. He picked me up so I didn’t have to walk back in the cold. I contacted Chris to have an old push mower repaired that wouldn't start. Unfortunately my mower had some larger issues and wasn't worth the cost and effort to repair. Chris didn't charge me a dime for taking the time to look at it! I would absolutely recommend Reyonds Services to anyone needing a mobile mechanic!
