Don’t do business with this company!!! It’s crazy no one now’s anything inventory incorrect they never answer the phone ‘ they only speak Spanish !!just crazy . Never doing business again

I purchased a set of 33X12.50X20 November 7, 2020 and one of the tires was defected. I took the tire back to the tire shop where I purchased them. I spoke to a representative from Rhino Tires today and he informed me that it will take up to a month before it can determine what is wrong with the tire. Bad Customer Service from both parties.

DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT buy from this company. They WILL NOT HONOR their warranty and make up excuses. Buy from a reputable company that sells Michelin, Goodyear, etc. When you buy those tires they are warrantied nationwide by any dealer that deals with those companies. I bought 4 NEW tires from this company and only have 15k miles on them and they are now starting to split at the edges. See images shown. Only 1 1/2 year ago with only 15k miles. These tires are absolute garbage.

Hi, to whom it may concern. A few months ago I bought 4 Rhino tires size 255/70/16 brand new tires. By far they are the worst tire that I have ever purchased.I had two of the tires blow out on the highway, still as new as they could be. I hope that anyone who values their lives and value the lives of their children and others never purchase these tires.

Rhino Tire USA is really a huge tire warehouse, 144,000 square feet, with huge tires inventory, including PCR tires, TBR tires, OTR tires, AGR tires, Industrial tires, ST trailer tires and wheels, Aluminum truck wheels and Off-road wheels.. and also some Auto parts available , a real ONE-STOP tires and wheels supplier !
