No one here knows how to tune a car. They don't even have a dyno. Through my experience, my car was worse every time I had work done on it here. It's hard to determine whether or not they know what they are doing or just want more business. Plenty of other places that can follow through on getting something done right. The owner is as worthless as his crew.

I have worked with a number of enthusiast car shops around town and rate Rhom Innovations highly among them. There is a combination of things here that warrant the praise, professionalism, communication, and care jump out. It is possible to get good work done in many cases but communication is lacking, or communication is great but the work is not up to expectations, etc. Here you come away believing that whoever worked on your car delivered a level of care that matches with your own level of care, even if that extends to writing long lists of your concerns and thoughts and taping it to the steering wheel! They will actually read it and talk with you about the work rather than doing some mysterious stuff and handing you a bill. In any case if you are passionate about performance cars give them a shot, you will likely be happy that you did.

Rhom Innovations has more than exceeded my expectations. I brought my 2004 BMW M3 to them in need of piles of work on a flat bed. They were professional courteous and deeply knowledgeable. They found at least 2 problems I wouldn't have on my own and helped me fix them before they became much worse and much more expensive. Donnie was my tech and between him and Chris the owner the knowledge and attention to detail was obvious. It was clear to me that they posses a high level of pride in what they do. The attention to detail made me feel very comfortable entrusting them with my car and they communicated very well through every step. I would recommend them to anyone I like. They were also very conscious of cost, quoting me before starting certain jobs and clearly explaining the pros of doing it and the potential risks of 'kicking the can down the road' - ultimately their pricing was so fair I ok'd every single item they recommended. When I had the privilege of going back into the shop it was obvious from the state of the removed parts that their advice was well warranted - parts I hadn't considered showed noticeable wear and my car was much better off for them taking care of it now instead of waiting till it caused more damage further down the line. I wouldn't say I love how much my car costs to keep on the road but these two make me look forward to my next service. Thanks for the awesome service and advice guys!

Very professional. These guys are very confident and precise. You really get what you pay for. They kept me informed the entire time on my 1999 BMW 528i Wagon. It needed more upgrades/maintenance and they worked with me the whole way through the process. They made smart decisions and suggestions. I will continue going back for sure!

Great and honest services. Those guy will go above and beyond to make their costumers happy. Just picked up my Porsche from their body shop and the results were better than I expected. Highly recommended.

I just recently purchased my first bmw as a project car and have been able to do a lot of the maintenance myself. But when it was time to have some more serious work done I was so happy to have found Rohm. This company is a car persons dream, from full on race cars to your daily driver! Everyone was super friendly and professional plus the response from email inquiries is huge! Thanks again.

Took my 07 335i here and the environment is amazing, these guys held my car dealership responsible for the retune my car was sold needing, the staff is polite and extremely caring. They saved my phone number and my call me by name, they took care of my needs in the most professional way they could and not to mention their office is beautiful and they offered free coffe with the good kinds of coffee creamer not the power stuff (; thanks guys you rock!

Great shop environment ,being there you feel like its your shop even if you can't actually turn a wrench.... Friendly tuners and technicians , but they take their work and service very serious. If you have your stock a to b grocery getter they can service it and if you have the taste for high performance ; street or track they can provide some of the most educated advice and precise skill to make the ride in your vehicle carefree and your pockets painless. Set your mind at ease Check them out . Between Chris the owner, John (Tuner,Engine and fab), Donnie ( lead service tech), Bori (Tuner and electronics guru), Sherman (service tech), they do it all anything from european domestic and asian, there is pretty much nothing they can't make better; I my self wish i could be apart of the great happenings of this organization that is currently expanding. I can say the best is yet to come for Rhom Innovations!!!

The specialist at Rhom always do a great job. I have them service my BMW's here and I have been extremely satisfied with their work. They are polite and reasonable compared to other shops I used to have my cars serviced at. Definitely recommend them!!

I've been a customer of Rhom Innovations since the business opened. The team at Rhom has consistently exceeded my expectations by delivering excellent results on the 5 BMW's that I have had them keep up. Outstanding is the word that comes to mind. When many are afraid to drive a BMW, I've found my repairs (by Rhom Innovations) to be no more expensive than my domestic vehicles. That in large part is due to the straight forward, fix what needs to be fixed attitude at Rhom Innovations and the high level of integrity that they live by. My only hesitation to refer them is selfish, because more business might make for a longer wait to get my cars in. You will be taken good care of by Chris Rhom and his team!
