If I could give it 10 stars I would, great customer service! I went in for an inspection 10 mins before closing and they took care of me! I was in and out in no time! Mind you I went to two different places and they couldn’t do it because their machines were down. Thanks Rich Auto Service!

Not one to write reviews but this place deserves praise. Very attentive, respectful, and friendly personal. Extra clean waiting area too. Came for a state inspection and expected to wait a little while but I was in and out in less than 20-minutes. I highly recommend this shop.

Honest! Dependable! Cares about you and your vehicle. Customer service at its finest! Went above and beyond to find an oil cooler for my car. Back order part! They found it. Ordered it and got me back on the road. I tell everyone to go here for auto repairs. I can't say enough good stuff about this shop.

I don’t usually write reviews & have been meaning to write this one for 3 weeks now. I told myself I would not forget because that’s how great of a mechanic shop this place is. I stumbled upon this shop after work one day when my oil light came on (previous mechanic shop neglected to update my reminder sticker). Anyway, I really appreciate how welcoming and attentive the staff were even though they were just about to leave and go home for the day. I had already been turned away from a few shops that were closing around that same time, but Rich and his staff helped me out without batting an eye and took the extra step to check a few other things for me to make sure I was good on the road. That made me feel extra secure. You can literally feel how much love the owner has for his business AND his customers. I will definitely be going back (not so late though). Thanks guys!

The main guy is very conversational and has helped me apply bandaids to tide me over till I could afford the real fix multiple times. Great service, small place but they manage to squeeze me in with little delay.
