The repair was done in a fair amount of time. Can’t ever tell there was any damage. I was told the last thing to be done was vacuum out my truck and wash it. From the looks of it those things were not done.

They fixed my rear end on a very difficult color (Mazda Soul Red Crystal). The clear coat ended up needing a respray (which they took care of promptly). After that, it looked great. Color isn't a 100% flawless match, but it's as good as can be expected considering the circumstances. It certainly was not a cheap job, but they made sure it was up to my standards & came through with quality.

The trunk on my vehicle would not open. The earliest appointment I could get was two weeks out. Took a chance on Richard Karr Motors and got an appointment a week earlier. The problem was resolved, the trunk actuator had failed. Took a day, but now I have my vehicle back in working order.

6 days after buying my new car from Richard Karr, I was rear ended. There was quite a bit of damage but once I got my car in with the collision center they took such great of me and my car. They had it done a week earlier than expected and she looks brand new again! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again but if it does, I won’t be going anywhere else!
