I spent $2700 on work for my car here, that I now have to spend another $5200 to repair the poor work and subsequent damages. I am disgusted at the level of poor work that was done to my vehicle. The staff is nice but that is about it. Do not trust them with your vehicle if you care about it. The work they did adjusting my rear brake shoes were so bad that they wore unevenly and damaged the drums I had just replaced less than a year ago. I had them check on a gasket for an oil leak, and that only resulted in 7 different leaks in my engine from it being put together so poorly. I could not recommend this establishment less.

Do not bring your vehicle here. The man told me it would be 2500 dollars to fix my A/C. I found out today that all I needed was a 15 dollar actuator. Mechanics are just like lawyers and doctors. Its legal for them to lie to you and rip you off!

This is my favorite mechanic. I drive 27 miles to bring my car here because I trust them so much. I always leave knowing my car has been well taken care of. I joke when my cars check engine light comes on that Erick knows why before my car does. He's a walking computer. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Wonderful auto clinic! The mechanic answered all of my questions, explained what was wrong with my vehicle, and gave me tips for future use. I feel like my car is running better than it has in years. They kept me updated the whole time my car was there and the price was very reasonable for the work they did. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend Richard's to anyone that needs help with their vehicle.

I basically paid $200 for an oil change and a bullcrap diagnosis. I was having an issue with surging RPMs, my check engine light was on, and one of my struts was bad. I agreed to pay $139 for the mechanic "diagnostic check". This included a test drive, a glance under the hood and under the car. They also plugged it into the computer, which gave them an error code for the transmission. They determined this was my surging RPMs problem, and I was going to need to replace my transmission entirely, they offered to do it for $8,000. I paid for an oil change and the diagnosis, in the report they told me everything I told them, only thing I got from the $140 diagnosis was the error code, and most shops will plug it in for free... They suggested to me that I not flush the transmission or change the fluids, because it was already beyond repair and needed replaced. So, I went to Nissan, they flushed the transmission, did something to a solenoid, reset the computer, problem solved for $90. I want my money back for the diagnostic check.

It is always difficult and scary as a woman to find an auto shop. So many mechanics will jump on the opportunity to take advantage of a lady who knows nothing about cars. These guys were kind, respectful, fairly priced, and non-judgmental in answering all of my questions. And they fixed my radiator and steering up SO fast it made my head spin! I will absolutely be coming back for all of my car maintenance.

Simply the best,better than all the rest! Ron and Eric are great at what they do. Ron has the patience of Jobe. Eric knows his stuff. Honesty is always a part of their business acumen. They addressed my concerns repaired what was needed and for a modest amount. I trust both and in these times It’s a rare thing. I spoke with Ron over the phone regarding possible repairs for my son's car. He took the time to let me know what they would do to assess the problem and let me know the cost up front for the diagnostic. Once they received the vehicle and did the diagnostic, he called with a detailed report and the repair cost. THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES!!! Other shops wanted to charge almost double for half the work they would perform! Therefore, we had the work done and couldn't be happier! My son says the car is running better than when he first bought it! Excellent customer service and quality service. We've found a repair shop for all of our vehicles. DEFINITELY DESERVING OF ALL THE 5-STAR RATINGS THEY'VE RECEIVED!!!!

Today I called this auto shop looking for one nearby my house that can replace my old license plate with my new Arizona plate and I was treated very kindly over the phone as well as in person. I offered money for the service but they respectfully declined (Ron) and the front desk associate was also very pleasant. Looks like they offer plenty of services, and are not looking to run through your wallet (ladies you get it lol). Thanks for the service Ron!
