This is the only place I'll buy any future vehicles from. I had 5 dealerships texting me at the same time. Makia and Justin helped me get into my Accord and it's perfect! I never felt pressured or hassled. They made every part of the sale painless and comfy. And at the best deal from any Honda dealership in 50 miles. I'll be back there for sure! I was traveling to Texas and had to make a stop to check on a couple of issues with my Honda CRV. I stopped without an appointment. The Service Department took me in and Gideon got my vehicle serviced and repaired. Could not ask for better service, especially since I was far away from home. Thank you for your great service.

The absolute best. Everyone there genuinely cares about providing the best service and doing right by their customers. Donna and Chelsea are great. You cannot/will not find better service, Richard’s Honda has the best.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 830am. I was 10 minutes early. Didn’t get my car back till 1045am. Car is brand new. They’re replaced the filters. 1 star cause they were nice while i waited hella long.

I have to say that Richard’s Honda has truly disappointed my family. Initially the overall process was great from start to finish. They sold us a 2019 Malibu with the outside mirror held in place with black electrical tape . The tape made it blend in with the black portion of the mirror. We called several times to set up appointments to have this fixed. Mr. Alvin Washington never responded to my daughter’s phone calls. She even brought the car back so a technician could order the part . They told her they would order the parts and she would receive a call when the parts came . Every time she called they said the parts weren’t in or hadn’t been ordered. This went on for two months. On July 23 my daughter’s check engine light came on and mind you we purchased the car on June 17. So it’s been down hill since. Now all the brakes and additional brake fluid had to be added, engine and cabin filters had to be changed. Now every time the brakes are applied it sounds like something is dragging and about to come off, the car shuts off completely and has to be restarted. At this point we’re not sure if it’s electric or something else making it shut off. De-icing system is now malfunctioning . The car also had a bullet hole. I would not recommend this dealership.

Beware! The service department hides their costs. I went in to get new tires. Even though I had an appointment, the service team did not get to my car for almost an hour. Then I was told a different price for the tires. They tried to upscale me on tires not quoted before. The installation was a separate and different price. Then I was told that balancing the tires was an additional fee - almost two hours after arriving! My choice was to buy the tires and balance them myself. The service team had a new cost every time they approached me. Then the service manager, she said her name was Ms D. Lane, accused me of harassing her sales team. We were at three hours at this point. I was sitting quietly by myself throughout unless someone came with the news of a new cost. I never raised my voice. While sitting during this time, I heard the service team try to up sale a man next to me for engine parts. Again the fee for installing the parts were not part of what he was told. He was told he could just buy the parts and install them on his own. His decision. He also had been waiting for a long period by that time. So beware! Get a written estimate for all costs and parts. Get the cost early. Don’t wait for an hour before you get the costs. And watch for the bait and switch. Do better.

I took my car in for a scheduled regular maintenance and I was seen immediately. The waiting area is very comfortable and quite large. The service was exemplary and it didn't take as long as I thought it would. My only complaint is that I asked for new windshield wipers but didn't get them.
