I want to thank my neighbors who referred me to Richie’s Cumberland Collision Center! I had chips on my hood that had started to rust. The hood had to be repainted. I also had him do a detail. He quoted me a fair price for both services, so I had him go ahead. My 2016 car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! He even fixed a scratch on the driver door handle that had been there since my second service at the dealer when it was new! And as a Christmas present, he restored my headlights that were yellowing! Richie is a man of kindness and integrity. He got himself a repeat customer today. Make sure his shop is where you get your insurance estimate the next time you have an “oopsie”, big or small. You will be glad you did!

Richies is the best. Richie worked with me on various quotes, showing options for lowering the total cost. The work he and his team did on one of our SUV's was fantastic, just like new. He is a stand up guy, you will know once you meet him and he delivers what he says he will. He also gave me a recommendation for getting my windshield replaced. He knows all the good service companies around. And he is local to FFG, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Only regret is that it took me so long to send this review in.

I had been in a rear end collision. Richie took the time to look at my car and explain why he advised me not to drive my car before it was repaired. I appreciate his time ( Which he didn’t charge me for)and making sure I realized why I should not drive my car.

Went to Richie's with my AC not putting out cool air. Had been to Cookeville Kia a couple of times and told nothing was wrong. So I asked him to investigate it and if he found something fix it or send to the proper place that could. Well he dyed and vac checked it no leak, checked thermostat, but found it did not have and freon. It works great for the first time in years. Thank you and he said it warrantied also. Five stars all the way

I have a 2024 Ford Mustang GT, 5.0. The hood of the car I noticed a stone chip. A friend of mine told me about Richie's Collision Center. Stopped by on 5/22/24 and Richie and employees did a excellent job on touching up the hood. I recommend them for all your vehicle needs!

Ritchie’s collision center was great. Not only did they do an amazing job on my car where someone had sideswiped it. They kept me up-to-date on everything they were doing to it. They was very reasonable with their price. I couldn’t tell it was ever damage. My car look brand new. When I got there, they clean the inside out, and waxed the outside. I hope I don’t have a collision again, but if I do Ritchie’s is where I will be going. Angie and Johnny Patterson

My Prius was T-boned when another driver ran a red light. Fortunately, there was no one in the passenger seat! The whole side was pushed in. Richie made the car look like new. After I got the car back, there was a mechanical issue. It happened to be a Sunday, but Richie, saying he would later be in my area, drove to my place, explained and fixed the problem. You can't get better service than that, anywhere!

On a recent trip, our front grill popped out of the bottom of the bumper. The Toyota dealer told me they couldn't fix it and We would probably need a new bumper. When we were returning home, I pulled into Richie's to see about getting a quote. (We had work done there a few years ago and the results were like new.) I believe it was Richie's son who offered to look at it, and less than 20 minutes later, they had fixed the grill...for no charge! Why would anyone go to town for auto body work when we have an outstanding business right here in FFG. Highly recommend Richie's for any auto body needs. Richie and Justina are great people. They were so accommodating and caring. Richie made sure we got our car back quickly since we only have one car. The work was impeccable. Our car looks like it came off of the showroom floor. They are just wonderful people who put their customers first. I highly recommend Richie's for any bodywork. Richie is a great guy. Always puts the customer first and his wife Justina is so nice. The other girl there, Kaylee I think is her name is very nice as well, and the puppy dogs, oh my god are so sweet and loving. Great place and do Aplus plus work. My car looks like it came off the showroom. They know their stuff, you won't be disappointed.

We had an insurance claim on my wife's car and chose Richies Cumberland Collision for the repair. They were super easy to work with and not only did a perfect job on the car, but Richey super washed the convertable top that wasn't even near the repair. While enroute to the Crossville area with our RV, our truck went off road and sustained heavy damage to the front bumper. ($3K) This shop is near our destination so I stopped in to get an estimate. Richie stopped everything he was doing and examined my truck. I decided to have Richie repair my truck based on the 5 star reviews (like this one) and his professionalism and knowledge in repairing vehicles. My repair was done promptly to fit my schedule, not his. He replaced all of the damaged pieces with new, showing me the old pieces he removed from my truck. He insisted on me being 100% satisfied with the repair before he would talk about payment. Richie and his family make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this shop to any of my friends and family.
