I needed tires asap for my truck and Richline got me all set up and taken care of in a matter of hours. Nick P was my sales Rep who took excellent care of me. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable and gave 100% the best customer service I have ever received!! Thanks to him they will definitely be seeing more of my Black Widow!

First and foremost way overpriced wanted four grand for wheels and tires. And then on top of that, they called me back with a different set of wheels and when I said, I found somewhere else for half the price Was hung up on before I was even finished talking GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT!

Just stopped in on 6/18 just before 1pm. The guys sitting at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me walking into the store at all but looked as I walked in. No greeting from either of them. I browsed around a bit though already knew from looking online what I was interested in. Although I walk through the store several times, again no one acknowledged my presence at all or even attempted to assist me, instead they continued to talk amongst themselves . I’d been saving for wheels and was looking forward to buying some soon. Though I won’t spend my money where my presence isn’t even acknowledged!

Great experience with Nate and richline. Came prepared to spend $1500 on wheels , he got me out the door for $980,not every place out there is trying to save the customer money these days . Very fair deal ,I will update photos when I get the truck back with wheels on it , I was having lift done elsewhere so I just picked up the wheels without the installation. They were great though ,definitely be back .

I can't be anything but happy with the service from richline motorsports, the guys lifted my truck and put it on them "thangs" 24's lol. Thought I may lose some smoothness to my ride not at all still factory riding with a lift crazy love!!!!

I have bought a couple of sets of tires from them. This last set had a tricky situation occure and they could have been difficult. Instead, they made clear to me that my satisfaction was the highest priority. Nate is the man, and they will continue to have my buisness.

I wouldn’t recommend having them mount and balance your tires! I was in there last week. They were supposed to put new valve stems in and didn’t. They proceeded to tell me the wrong lug nuts were on my truck which wasn’t the case. The tech that was changing out the tires on the truck, on just one wheel, he broke 2 studs and completely stripped out 2. They then charged me additional labor to take off a lug nut their tech broke and mind you they didn’t even bother fixing anything! They didn’t even torque the wheels properly! Thank god for my husband stopping and having the proper tools or else our tires would’ve probably flown off!

Went in for new tires on my Jeep and they were so helpful and informative, especially to me, who knows absolutely nothing about tires. They showed me different options and explained them to me and gave me the best bang for my buck! Super fast too! Went in to purchase on a Thursday, then dropped off Friday and was done within in a couple of hours! Sweet and painless.
