Fantastic service! They helped me when my car was smoking and stuck at a gas station down the road. Towed basically middle of night and had the car brought to their shop and fixed within 24 hours. Very easy to communicate with as well. Provided excellent customer service and very transparent with fees!

Had brake work done here a few months ago. Prices are good for the area and work was timely. Open on a Saturday which was a major plus given I was working 70 hours a week during my temporary summer placement in the Richmond area. However, unprofessional and poor communication. While working on my brakes, they found one of my rear brake calipers was seized. Instead of notifying me they resurfaced it without communicating having found the issue, I would have chosen to haven both rear calipers replaced to as a pair had I been notified of the additional issue. Additionally left unidentified tool hanging off rear strut assembly which caused significant noise that I had to take time to find and remedy. That being said, the rest of the work was high quality and price was competitive.

I had a complicated problem w/my Rav4. Arthur, at this shop, was as friendly and helpful to me as anyone at any car service shop has ever been. I immediately trusted him and therefore, the shop! I can't recommend Richmond Auto Repair &Towing highly enough! You won't be disappointed!

Initially called for just a tow when my car wouldn't start and jump-starting it wasn't working. They brought the truck out but were able to give me a jump and I was able to drive myself to the shop. They replaced my battery essentially overnight and my car was ready by the next morning. Incredibly quick work, super transparent, and reasonably priced. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be bringing all of our cars here!

Richmond Auto Repair & Towing are amazing! I was visiting family from out of town when my transmission started acting up. They are honest, kind, prompt, and reasonably priced. They were able to get my car into working condition so I could get back home to North Carolina. Highly recommend!

After my son broke down on highway they were kind enough to take the vehicle same day and diagnose it. After spotting an easy fix, they took the time to discover other issues that could have caused a greater failure later. Once complete with the maintenance they went WAY above and beyond to deliver his car to his work and even throw in a few bucks for gas to ensure he could get home that night. What a class act. They will definitely receive my business in the future.

Great place to get your car worked on. Worked through some of my circumstances with me and did a hell of a job. The staff was amazing. Definitely recommend anybody with a car to give these guys the work. Definitely going to make them my priority shop whenever I need something done.

Hands down the best guys/mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am from out of town and broke a leaf spring on a Saturday. They stayed late to get me back on the road the same day. Without their kindness I would have been stranded for two days in a hotel and been late getting back to Pittsburgh for work on Monday. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
