This is officer jd owens and I approve and highly recommend Richmond Auto Service to any and all. My unmarked police interceptor unit overheated; and I needed a quick turnaround for my private security practice. Dat and his crew solved the problems ( thermostat and radiator fan) replaced both and now I back to making several trips to my assignments in DC. I came in for a walk in state inspection for my car and stumbled upon this location. They took me immediately with no hesitation and were done in less than 15 min!! Definitely will come back!

I had a simple service. Va inspection and resolve any issues. I tried a number of service stations on W Broad Street in Richmond and either they couldn’t get me in for weeks, or I dropped off the car and they never got it done. I stopped by this shop on the corner of Staples Mill and West Broad and Mr. Dat and his partner were so efficient, quick and wonderful. My car was inspected, repaired and delivered to me in under two hours. They are my new repair shop. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This is one of the few times I have actually enjoyed being at a mechanic shop. I ended up talking to half the crew (including the owner) and we stood around joking for half an hour and giving food recommendations. They took 1/4 the time everyone one else quoted (even with the chatting) and charged 1/3 what all the other shops were trying to get me to pay (I’m a young looking female, and lots of shops do try to upcharge). Would for sure recommend 10/10.

I Will put the Review in English, but they have a spanish speaker,and other from ???? Asiatic. I took My car to them without appoiment, they took it, they look it and they Told me was the problema was. They did Like in 3 hr and the price was much cheaper Than other place. I hit the car on the Road and is running smoothly. 100% recommended.
