Update: I never posted this review- this dealership sold me this truck 1st- AFTER they cleared an ABS sensor code, I returned immediately and was offered half what I paid and sold another lemon that’s been in the shop more than the road. These are NOT a great bunch of folks NOT fair and obviously able to edit their reviews. Great bunch of folks! They are fair and reasonable. We love our new to us truck! Shout out to Aaron for making our purchase seamless and enjoyable

Called and talked to Mary about what I was looking for. I told her I can only spend $30,000 and she had a tundra for $35,000 but they could negotiate the price. So I drove an hour away look at the truck and made the $30,000 out the door offer that I already said I had…… then the dealership wanted 39,000 out the door and NEVER NEGOTIATED the price at all!!!! Then they kept trying to finance me for $9,000! They are slimy and very pushy. Thanks for wasting my time!

Much better service experience this time around. The technician Tom was having trouble getting my system to update and he came out to let me know his progress at least 3 times. Even after bringing me back into the shop to pair my phone back into the system, it just wouldn't take. He apologized and explained the next step and that it would take at least another 30 minutes. I didn't mind waiting as long as I'm kept in the loop as to where we are. After resetting the system he sat with me until my phone was hooked back up and everything was working correctly. I really appreciated that.

Took my 2014 lexus there for service because of the reviews and they told me my car was too old to be serviced there lol! Was very rude about it and just SHOCKED a dealership would treat anyone like that...

Wow! Toyota service and quality is on a whole new level. They give you a video of your inspection showing you what they looked at and why they are making any recommendations. Never had an experience like this!

Disorganized Service Department. Also, I was charged 3% Credit Card User Fee. I had not received prior notification about this.

Brought my 1 month less than 2000 mile vehicle here after it displayed a caution light and several errors with ABS, Anti-collision, and traction control lights on the dashboard. Was diagnosed as being caused by a dealer installed led light and would not service it. After a 3.5 hour trip to Atlanta, a faulty ABS sensor on the rear tire was replaced under warranty and resolved the problems.

I was looking to trade my 2017 Altima for a truck. My wife and I did some research and the Tacoma was at the top of most lists. Audrey took care of us, she made sure we knew all our options and wasn't trying to push a more expensive truck on us. Which we really appreciate. Audrey took care of the trade in, a test drive, and paperwork in under an hour and a half (I mean come on thats fast at a dealership) the entire experience was exceptional. We will be recommending her to all our friends and family looking for a Toyota. Thanks again to Rick McGill's Airport Toyota and Audrey Hopkins for my new 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport! Woooooo!!!!!

The level of professional and personal services at Rick McGill were unexpected. Hanna was patient with a level of professionalism not experienced at auto dealerships. Throughout the process of changing my seclections, sales quote, and providing transportation for my test drive. She allocated hours of hands on demonstrations explaining tech and safety features of the Corolla Crossover. It was a level of professionalism and personalized service for return purchases.
