Ricky, Keith, Devin and Ethan were extremely helpful with resolving problems and reparing my 04 Lexus LS430. The cost of the repair was $1,600 less than the dealership. I recommend Ricky's for all automotive repairs. Ricky's is the best automotive repair shop on the Northside!

Ricky’s automotive came highly recommended from another shop which I figured would be great. As stated in other reviews, I would also give this place zero stars if I could. I brought my vehicle in one time for an alignment and waited about two hours. They informed me the alignment couldn’t be performed due to a camber/castor bushing being needed. I called another day to schedule to bring my vehicle in, I called to confirm they had the parts. They confirmed that they had the part and I could bring the vehicle in. Four hours into waiting for my vehicle, a technician informed me that the part has been ordered and would arrive soon, all the while I was under the impression they had the parts and would be able to complete the repair. Instead of communicating with me that they didn’t have the part on hand, they had me wait from 10am-5pm for a camber bushing and an alignment. That’s just absolutely ridiculous and any semi mechanically inclined individual could tell you just how ridiculous that timeframe is. I should have learned my lesson after the first visit, however they came so highly recommended that I decided to give them a second chance and drove by other reputable shops because I was told this was the place to go for a fast and cost effective alignment. Mind you both times I called and communicated that I would be waiting on the vehicle as I had no way to arrange a drop off. I will certainly never return here. Zero stars for poor communication, overpriced services, no respect for customers time, no integrity and poor treatment of my vehicle as I can attest to my clean as a whistle interior getting trashed here I have stains all over my door handle and arm rest and absolutely stinks like gasoline inside. The best part about the whole service is after my 540 dollar alignment and bushing install (that I did not receive a written quote for), my truck still pulls to the right and now vibrates over 70mph. The alignment spec that my vehicle left with last time didn’t even remotely match the spec it says it arrived with after today’s visit. Don’t be like me, listen to the other reviews and stay away from this place, brought my truck to another place to have their work fixed.
