I have used Rightway several times now, and each time they have proved exceptional in quality, timely in work, and honest in their business. Two years ago I had my old truck diagnosed and it came back that it needed multiple thousands of dollars worth of repairs, but they were transparent in letting me know that I could get the truck in drivable condition for only a couple hundred dollars. They still recommended getting the rest fixed eventually, but didn't pressure me into doing more than I could afford at the time and were understanding throughout the whole process. One year ago the hybrid battery on my wife's Prius went out. We were newly married and this was a big financial hit to us, but Rightway worked with us to find a financing option and got the car fixed up for us. Most recently, Rightway helped us narrow used car options after my truck finally bit the dust. I did some research and looking into different used vehicles we could afford, and Rightway was more than happy to tell us what they knew about those makes/models, made recommendations of other cars to look into, and ran an inspection for the car we eventually chose at a reasonable price. I cannot recommend Rightway enough. They have taken care of me several times, they have taken care of the family and friends I have sent their way, and I know they will take care of you, too.

I went in for a routine oil change and check up. They were very courteous and thorough. I needed to have additional 60,000 mile work done. I dropped the car off and I live close by and when it was completed they came and picked me up to get my car. I would definitely recommend RightwayAuto. Beth Tuttle. (Long time customer)

Took my car there to get an alignment. Staff was very helpful and the technician explained everything in detail for me when the job was complete. My car is back to normal and driving smooth and straight down the road. Thank you very much!! Update: had them replace some tires on my car and they did a fantastic job yet again. Super fast and now my car is perfect. Thanks again for all the speedy and great service!

We have been brining our cars to Rightway for several years. We feel that the service is always thorough and fair. They don't try to over sell us on unncessary repairs. The front of house staff is always friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. On our last repair, they even got it completed ahead of schedule!

Never have had a bad experience. Been coming back for many years so that pretty much says it all. "No pressure" estimates are always honored and their internal record keeping is greatly appreciated.

Made a visit without an appointment. Had a tire losing air. They promptly did the repair in a reasonable time frame. Have done business here for many years. Have always been treated fairly.

All working there are very nice and they get the job done right the first time . Glad I was recommended to go here they are the best I've been to in indy and I've had my share of shady mechanics and they are far from that . I will always bring my car here from now on and I highly recommend everyone else does the same

I had been a loyal customer of Rightway for several years until just a few months ago. When I started with them, the service was pretty stellar. I felt like I'd finally found a mechanic that deserved a good reputation. But my last several visits have been seriously disappointing. The dedication to quality is no longer there. Turnover of key staff members has drastically increased. They've started using the same shady tactics that are practiced by untrustworthy shops: trying to persuade customerd to pay for unnecessary work, not giving priority to the issues thar they were originally asked to focus on, and making return visits to fix those overlooked issues. I'd originally given this business 5 stars. But over the last few years, they've sadly devolved into a run-of-the-mill shop. Do not recommend it.

I love this place, they are all very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I can count on them to always give me fair pricing and inform me on the best options for my vehicle. They make waiting in their shop so enjoyable with free coffe and a clean and comfortable space. I would definitely recommend them for any and all of your vehicle needs!

First time at Rightway Automotive, the shop was nice and clean and the parking lot looked to safe (incase you need to leave your vehicle over nite or long stays) I was in for a complete vehicle inspection, the mechanic that helped me was friendly, very Knowledgeable. It took about 45min to an hr or so, he went over every thing and answered all my questions. The best part is when I got back in my car, it was like they were never there. I would feel just fine taking my ride back to them.

They did an appropriate assessment on my vehicle. They didn’t fix anything without my permission which was appreciated and they did a diagnostic on my truck and they spent great deal of time doing it. Thank you very much.

This place is very friendly and honest! They are willing to sit down and explain everything to you to help you understand. I took my car and had it worked on at a different auto shop, they didn't do the job correctly and Kyle at Rightway Automotive explained everything to me and even showed me pictures of what he was talking about. It definitely feels nice coming into a shop feeling like they are helping me instead of taking advantage of me. It's hard to find that being a woman not knowing much of anything associated with car problems. This place is my new Automotive shop and I'm definitely referring The Rightway Automotive to family and friends.
