Had my vehicle for over a month first week. Drop the ball. And did not get in contact with my insurance. Customer service not good at all. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT recommend this facility to anyone with car issues.

I am very pleased with rijo built garage. I have taken both my vehicles here and very good service and good customer service. There very helpful. And I'm sure gonna always recommend them to my family and friends. Thank u guys for everything.

Simply put… amateur work but cost is expensive. Installed some coilovers and a cup kit. In their own words “we’ll make it look nice and clean”…I decided to just pay them and eat it because if they feel this is a clean setup, then there’s no point of even arguing with them. Also picked up car and a tab and tail cover was missing. Called them back to let them know and never received a return call for the missing items. I also feel an alignment should be included in the cost if you’re doing anything related to suspension, but nope. Guy told me “it was driving pretty straight but you should get an alignment yourself” Speechless. Do not recommend

It's definitely difficult to find honest and affordable mechanics. Well Rigo Built is the one! They are extremely reliable knowledgeable and give it to you straight! Other than being known for Subaru work they do all vehicle makes and models. Beyond impressed with this shop!

Thank you so much Rigo Built Garage, LLC! You guys are the best Auto Shop ever! I’m a girl who doesn’t know anything about cars. Though these amazing people are so nice and friendly. The employees here showed and help me understand the issue that had happen to my car in detail. Right off the bat they proved to me that I’m in good hands and made me feel that I can trust them. I’ve had a wonderful experience with them. My car is now doing great and therefore I am a loyal customer to them!

Couldn't take my car to Shamaley because there was a 3-5 day wait for JUST the diagnosis, and I had a trip to go on within that time frame. I called Rigo's, and Raphael told me over the phone that they could look at my vehicle within the hour! Within less than 3 days, I was back on the road with new parts. Courteous and respectful employees. That's the kind of service that I appreciate, unlike the mega dealerships with horrible wait times.

Had an issue with the air ride suspension on my 2016 dodge rebel took it to rigo built Garage got it fixed with no issues. Very happy with the outcome rigo and his team get things done. Highly recommend

Super happy with their service installing an airlift suspension - they did a full walkthrough to explain what they did and gave maintenance tips to keep it in good shape. Hector gave a military discount on the parts and the labor price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Do not recommend this place. Had an engine rebuilt for double what it should have cost and triple the time it should have taken. But I was patient and ended up getting the car back with it driving like sh!t and now overheating. Not even going to bother taking it back as Ive already gotten told once "well it was driving fine when it left here". Just low quality work.

The mechanics here are very knowledgeable and transparent. As always life hits you when you least expect it my car had a failing headgasket that no other shop could figure out but they did it in a timely manner and quoted me a very reasonable price to fix my issue.

Update for the below response: You all know exactly who I am, and I know exactly who you are. You are the shadiest mechanics in El Paso, TX. You destroyed my vehicle and now I'm giving you all a 1 star which should be 0 stars. I'm telling everyone I know plus the dealerships and other mechanics in El Paso that you are all criminals that should no longer be in business.

We were looking for someone to fix the issues we had with my vehicle. We took my truck to several shops and they somehow messed something up. Called Rigo to see if he can check out what the issue was and right away he did a diagnostic on it and said he could fix my truck in a few days. When the truck was ready, they gave us a call and told us to come test it out. I highly recommend the shop for all your automotive needs. Rigo took care of me and made sure my truck was running perfectly.

First time taking my car to the shop for an oil change and multipoint inspection and couldn't have had a better experience! Jessica, assisted me in answering all my questions and concerns related to my vehicle, explained everything in depth of what was needed to be done and made me feel comfortable! The Rigo Built Techs are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The service was top notch and I left feeling like I had a brand new vehicle all over again! This is the best shop in town and I will continue to bring my vehicle for future services.

Great shop! No issues with any work done so far. Only thing I would change is my service advisor/writer. Jesse was kind and polite, but every time I pay I am always charged a little bit extra than what I was quoted. Remember to always ask for an itemized estimate, be clear about your expectations, and review the work order. Rigo did take care of any concerns I brought to him though. Will be back.

I bought some kooks headers and rigo gave me a great price. I tried to do the work my self and it was too much for me. I had been working on them for a months and the car was in pieces and I had damaged the head. I thought all was lost so I packed every thing up and took it to rigo built what I could not do in a month he did in 4 days charging me not even a third of what I thought it was going to cost I got my car back and it’s a monster. Rigo and his crew are genius and honest and thorough. Thank you Rigo built for taking care of me I will be back.

I can not recommend this shop enough! I went to the Subaru dealership here in El Paso Tx after I traveled from Virginia to Houston to El Paso. My car had a horrible squeaking sound. I knew it was the brakes, they told me it was the brakes but wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for just the 4 brake pads. I asked if there was a trusted shop that they can recommend me instead and they recommended me to Rigo Built. I came to the shop they checked out my car and it turned out to only be the front brake pads and rotors that needed replacement.They got it fixed for me that same day. They are all very knowledgeable in all cars and especially performance. I’ve lived in different parts of Virginia and Texas and I can tell you this is the best shop I have been to. As long as my car is here in El Paso or the surrounding areas..this is where I will go for everything and anything else I need. The people that work there they are all very humble and easy to talk to. They explain everything and show you exactly what is wrong before they start doing any work. Rigo and Jessica make a great team and run a very well organized shop.

I took my Starlet to Rigo’s to do a tune up an those guys leave that car like a brand new, they check everything and I was able to have it back just in couple days. Thank you definitely I would recommended.

These guys are very professional and caring My car took a while to get repaired but that was on my insurance company. The guys at RBG we’re on top of contacting me and my insurance agent so that everything can be handled accordingly I got my car back and it runs as good as new. I plan on going back to them in the future

These people completely destroyed the electrical and engine control unit (computer) on my 2015 Subaru Forester. They initially asked me to leave the vehicle for 2 days so that they could fix the ABS sensor and control panel lights that had turned on a week after they had replaced the brakes. When I went to pick it up 2 days later they told me that no one had worked on the car, their electrical mechanic wouldn't be in town for 2 weeks, and that I needed to take it to the dealership. I thought it was weird that they had my vehicle for 2 days without working on it and then they asked me to take it to the dealership. When I picked it up everyone looked nervous as they handed me the keys. I drove it for a block and immediately turned around because it was obvious that there was something extremely wrong with the vehicle. The car would jerk forward when I pressed on the gas (like there was a transmission problem) and was turning off at the stop signs and traffic lights. When I took it back they completely denied doing anything to the car and kept telling me to take it to the dealership. So I immediately took it to the Subaru dealership and the mechanic explained that the electrical wire harnessing had all been ripped out, wires had been spliced into the ECU, and the computer had been tampered with. They said that it looked like my engine had been intentionally vandalized. The costs for repair from the dealership have come to about $11K so far because of taking my Forester to this shady mechanic. The vehicle grave yard that surrounds this place should be the first red flag not to come here. For me the second red flag should have been the owner leering at me and trying to avoid me. Make no mistake, this place will destroy your vehicle. I can't tell if it was out of malice or complete incompetence. DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

This is the only shop that I go to for anything! If you want the best work done on your car from a performance on maintenance perspective, look no where else. I've known their Team for over 10 years and they've always treated me and my cars like family! They've also built the best performing and highest horsepower cars in the Southwest Region! Go RBG!!!!

To be specific I would have given a 4.8 out of 5 rating. Always room for improvement once in a while for every business. Quality of work- 4.9 (a/c repair failed in 2 weeks and entire system needed replacing. All other services were superior) Knowledge - 5 (Identified issue with the front diff even though the shop doesn't provide this type of repair. 2 gear shops could not previously, maybe you could provide services.) Cost - 4.7 (upcharge for refrigerant is very high but otherwise you get what you pay for.) Honesty- 5 (Very rare quality in your line of work.) Would highly recommend
