Was staying at a local timeshare resort and picked up a screw in my tire. Ruined my day and worried it was going to ruin my vacation. I had just installed these new very expensive run flat tires and didn’t think it could to be repaired. If I had to purchase a new tire, I would’ve had to cut my vacation short. The Screw was bad enough to where it made my run flat tire , flat within a few hours. Not only were they able to repair my tire but they did so within a couple of hours and saved my vacation, under 50.00 bucks! I can’t thank them enough. Made it safely home and the tire is still fine. Thank y’all again so Much.

Very honest and reliable. Major repairs completed in reasonable time and although expensive they were fair based on the magnitude of the problem. Would definitely recommend them and would return if I had a need. Hopefully not!

I have been taking my vehicles to Riker's since the 1990's. They do good work and don't sell you something you don't need. I plan on keeping my 2010 vehicle a long time.

Excellent service, pricing and workmanship. No annoying automated call centers where you work through the system to get to someone who may know something about your car. Definitely moving my auto maintenance and repairs to this shop!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I had to have my car towed there, as I was on that side of town when it broke down. I don’t actually live anywhere close to this shop, but I will probably make the drive out of my way to have them service it in the future. They were that good.

Was told a price for diagnostic but after 5 days said they couldn't figure out what was wrong and said they needed to charge for another 3 hours of time just to diagnose problem. I wouldn't recommend this place as they will bait and switch. Every repair shop I've ever went to in the past has 1 price to diagnose and if you elect to have them repair that charge usually is applied to the actual repair price. Only 2 conclusions I could think of is unethical charges or incompetent staff.

We needed a tire repair while traveling. They were very helpful. Said it would be 90 minutes and they got to it in 30 minutes. If the tire could not be repaired they had said they could get what was needed in about an hour. Lucky for us it could be repaired.

Went in with a nail in my tire first thing in the morning and they got me in right away. Everyone is super friendly and I was in and out in 20 minutes! Definitely a returning customer!

I was having problems with my brakes and arrived in Orlando on Saturday, took my car in first thing Monday morning, after looking at the car I had a craked brake line, received the quote and told them to fix it. Was told up front that I wouldn't get my car back until possibly Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning, turns out I got it back on Thursday but they were closed for New Year's, very friendly staff, very informative to everything happening, when you go someplace outside your normal place you tend to wonder, I made a great choice going to Riker's!

I already knew what was wrong with my car when it was towed in. They fixed it at a reasonable price and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I'll be using them in the future.

I sent my daughter there to have her tires replaced. It was the first time she’s ever done this by herself. They put her at ease and we’re extremely courteous and professional would recommend highly.

These guys are the best in the entire Florida. Amazing people. They fixed my busted tire for $40. I thought I posted this review a year ago but sadly it didn’t post. Bring all your car issues to these guys and you won’t be disappointed.

Had a dreaded nail in my tire on Xmas Eve and immediately was terrified no place would work on it that day. Called Rikers and spoke to John who told me to get it in as quickly as possible and it would be take care of. Thankfully it was able to be patched and they had me out relatively quickly for a busy day. Waiting room was clean and comfortable plus the Christmas music was a plus! After hearing a few calls to other customers they are very thorough with explaining any repairs you may need. As a local resident down the street, I’ll be back!

Had an issue with my truck on the way to Orlando. I completed my trip and called them first thing the next morning. They took it in and had it fix and I was back on the road in a few hours. Great customer service.

I had a nail in my tire and had about 6 hours of driving to do that day, which included picking someone up from the hospital after surgery. I walked in panicked that I would not be able to make it, but everyone was super nice and got the tire repaired in record time for a very reasonable price! So very thankful for their skill, speed and helpfulness! Highly recommend!!

They were super helpful got my car running after about a year of me trying on my own to get it fixed up, I wish I’d come to them sooner. I appreciated their knowledge and service as well and their kindness. The price was fair and I would highly recommend them if you ever need a repair, big or small!

We were about to head home after a nice weeks long Thanksgiving vacation and one of the ignition coils gave out. The manager got the car in right away and after the technician performed the diagnostic they ordered the part and within an hour we were on our way.
