Great shop, Kurtis is awesome. Dropped off van yesterday afternoon with a fuel leak issue and it was ready this morning at 9am. Unbeatable. Highly recommended by The Wiz 🫡

I had an issue with a part that I did not have the correct tool for took the part into them walked in showed him my issue they took it in the back took the bolt out handed it back to me. great job.

We had a sudden issue that needed to be resolved quickly, and Riker's Automotive was able to get us in, repair the problem and charge a reasonable price. Great quality, great service, great people. They are highly recommended!

I can not recommend Riker’s enough. When we were looking for a new mechanic, I had 5-6 friends recommend this auto shop, and I’m so glad I listened. Our car has been a bit of a problem child, whether it’s easily diagnosable engine lights, or mystery issues, Riker’s has been able to solve and fix everything. And what I really appreciate is they will tell you other issues you’ll need to keep an eye on, but won’t ever force the repairs. They also take photos of any issues they spot. We also have had a few issues with our car caused by another mechanic, and Riker’s has advocated that we return to the mechanic to have them fix it so we don’t lose more money. We had them replace our intake manifold, and while we had our car in a shop in St Augustine at a family mechanic, the intake manifold failed, and Riker’s honored the warranty for the other shop to replace it, and even refunded some of the repair cost. They are so entirely honest, and do really good work. We don’t want to ever take our car anywhere else. The waiting room is also really nice for when you have shorter repairs you wait for!

Thank you so much to Joe and his teammates for taking care of my flat in such short notice and find a new replacement asap! They all made sure I was very comfortable and educated me in what were the next steps to take, never felt taken advantage of and Joe made sure to make my experience such a breeze! Absolutely everyone who I encountered there was very polite and patient and I’m very thankful I went here for my flat and will continue to use them whenever I might encounter another problem without a doubt! Thanks again team you guys rock!!!

Excellent work and completely trustworthy! I took my car this morning because the trunk would not open. As always they found the issue and fixed it very quickly with only a small diagnostic fee! I love these nice people!

I've frequented Rikers on South Orange ever since Curtis Kraft became the manager there. The team has worked on all three of our cars, and have provided exemplary work. The time for the work is usually way under the estimates, and the prices are very fair and honest. The team treats everyone with respect, and they are happy to explain the work, pricing, and time spent, in as little or as much detail as you wish. Curtis has built this team into a truly top notch organization, that I have referred to many of my friends, and will refer many times again.

Super sweet receptionist! The person who patched up my tire was just an angel! Quick and fast service. P.S. if you have an emergency and you need your tire fixed asap for a cheap price… I don’t know what else to say, THIS IS THE PLACE. Couldn’t be happier!
