These guys were not only courteous but also very respectful and professional in helping me make up my mind in what I wanted that not only fit my truck but also reflected my personality. Hands down 🤗 the tall slim mechanic in the back can work miracles... Had a spinning Nut 🔩 that no one can take one, from shops telling me I need a whole new rim... This Brother 🙏🏾 got it out and got me on the road.. I will post his name for sure 💯👍🏾👍🏾🙏🏾

Wont Be Getting My Service Ever Again I Spent 2500.00 on some 22 and the guy said if I ever get a nail or anything happen to my tire bring it back cause it's under warranty... but when I bring my car back for my tires to be check the tall girl wanna act like she sold me the tires and she told me ian have no warranty girl quit lying he did and uk he did. Cause you ask why I didn't come to you shadyside rymtime

I bought a set of rims and tires there they were really friendly made us feel at home. As soon as they were done my car and pulled it around when I got in it there was a low air pressure light on. I should’ve went with my best judgment had them look at it, but I drove off stop put air in it and went to work, which was about 5 miles down the road around midnight when I went to leave work headed home I had two tires, low air pressure. I stopped, put air in them and started driving again. In about 2 to 3 miles later the car went into a real bad vibration. Like one of the weights fell off and then one of my tires popped. I was down without a car all weekend ended up having to get another tire shop to fix my tires. I called rim tyme to see what they could do to help me. I was told yes to bring the wheel there then I get down and it was a whole different story basically told me I was on my own. I will never do business with rim tyme or refer them.
