Blew a tire, hit a hole, bent two wheels. Found RimTyme online. Spoke to Victoria on the phone. She was super nice and explained things well regarding all my questions. Went in and worked with Mark. He did everything in his power to ensure it stuff was ready for Saturday. He had to source different tires, that in the end I like even more. From start to finish the whole process was great. All of the people are super nice.

I bought Rims and Tires for my Chrysler 300 and an ex employee messed up putting them on correctly! I took it back to the Rim tyme and the new manager Mark was very professional and courteous and took responsibility for the situation. Mark was amazing he replaced all of my rims and tires free of charge. I highly recommend patronizing this establishment!!

My fiance just bought almost $2k tires and rims and the tires are bowed in the middle and they did not balance them after saying balancing was included and that they did balance them . They also took his tire pressure sensors off his old tires and did not tell him they had them until he called and asked and then wanted to charge $20 each to put them on his new tires .

I did 120 days same as cash Paid it off in 60 days was told by manager Steven at the time was paid off after 120 days was up they were calling saying a payments was due ....anyways gave the rims back to them won't be shopping with them again ....
