First time customer here (Ethel Craft). Called to see how soon I could get in for an oil change and Jorge, store manager, got me scheduled for first appointment the next day. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism & kindness by Jorge over the phone. He treated me as though he appreciated my business. Unfortunately it feels like customers aren't valued anymore, but it was quite different here. Jorge is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He engaged myself and another customer while we were there, answering all our questions with ease. Never once did he attempt to upsell me or the other customer. No high pressure sales or attempts to rip you off. After my service was completed, I left knowing I would be a returning customer. Jorge, thank you for restoring my faith in auto shops and being an upstanding person.

Jorge was great! Called him 30 minutes before having my car towed in for a flat tire. Also had significant damage to my rim. Jorge and his crew took great care of me and had my vehicle ready to go within the same day. Awesome customer service by being available to pick up after hours!

This is my first time ever buying rims on any of my vehicles, so I had no idea what I was looking for or wanted. Staff was able to quickly answer all my questions and even gave me a lot of choices that fit the look I wanted and was going for. I settled for my rims in picture while waiting I asked if they did any kind of modification to cars and well now I have an H-pipe as well as a front splitter for my car. Highly recommend, going to see if they will do my air bag kit as well once I have it.

$100 for a used rim. Get a rim from pull and pay before you get one here. Never told me it was a used rim either so make sure to ask.

Mr. Jones is a family friend and we have always used him when replacing tires! His team always does a great job. Also, when you buy your tires, you get a warranty with it. I was very impressed with this and we will not go anywhere else for our vehicles!

Great little shop, with some very nice rims. Very fast (and friendly!) service and did the repair perfectly! Can't recommend them more. 5 stars all the way. What can I say? Rimz To Go has come to the rescue, not once, but twice, with incredible and heart-felt service for me. Lifesavers! Above and beyond help both times. Wish I give more stars!

I could not be happier with the service that I received from Rimz To Go. They restored the wheel on my new car to good as new and also spent the time with me to show me where all the parts are in the car to change the tire. They removed the wheel and reinstalled it for me. The were exceptional. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I know where I'm going! Many thanks to the team at RTG!

Hit a huge pothole, bent my rim and thought my tire was damaged, took it into them. They fixed my bent rim and got me back on the road. I’ve also gotten a screw in my tire and went into them and they were able to get me fixed and back on the road ASAP. Definitely recommend them.

I bought tires and wheel bought them not mounted because I was going to used my factory wheel sensor so I took them to get them to get mounted 3 tires where good one tire was out of round and shifted belt so I called and ask to get the tire warranty and they are for a road force print out witch I provided and paperwork from the company that I installed witch I did and all the pictures that they needed witch I also did so then a couple of weeks later I received an email I need u to cut out the DOT out of the tire send us pictures witch I also did so he we are two months later have not been able to used my wheels and tires due to the fact that u are not a priority or a worry once they take your money u don’t mean s___t

I got a flat tire over the weekend and was referred to Rimz to Go, and even though it is a bit of a drive for us, we will never go anywhere else. I’m blown away by the service. Not only were we in and out quick, but they were honest, went above and beyond to help us and solved a very inconvenient situation and made it painless for us. We couldn’t appreciate the exceptional service more, and again, we’ll never go anywhere else!
