If I could give more stars, I would. We were visiting from Indiana and on our way home. Less than 30 mins in to our trip our water pump failed. By the grace of God, we rolled in to Rincon’s. The shop has a calm atmosphere and quickly established that they do excellent, honest work. The team worked us right in, charged a fair market value, and communicated at each step of the repair. If I lived nearby, I would bring my vehicles here.

Excelente servicio rápido y eficaz en 1hora reparó my auto del aire acondicionado estábamos de vacaciones con my familia en Disney tuve problemas con my auto lo lleve a varios talleres todos me decían que tenia que remplazar el compressor de ac y una línea todos querían cobrar excesivamente caro cobrar por checar el automóvil uno de esos mecánicos 180 dlls solo por checar my auto yo pienso por ser turista se querían aprovechar ellos miraban my placa foránea y todo cambiaba me decían tardarían 24 horas en repararlo pero buscando en Google encontré con Rincón auto shop mire sus reseñas todas de 5 estrellas me inspiró confianza hablamos por teléfono le explique my problema el me dijo trae auto lo checo no te cobro se lo lleve y el personalmente me enseñó que el compressor estaba perfecto solo era la correa y una línea del aire me ahorre. mucho dinero lo recomiendo si 5 de 5 claro que si adiós estres y a disfrutar de mis vacaciones con my Familia gracias Rincón autoshop todavía ay personas honestas el señor Rincón es una de ellas

Highly recommend this shop. We broke down traveling through Orlando at night. Tow truck took us to the "recommended" auto repair shop which wanted $2500 to fix a serpentine belt, idler pulley and an oil filter o ring. We said "No!!", based on Google reviews we paid for a second tow to this shop. $325 and 3 hours later we were back on the road again. Brayan is an honest mechanic and doesn't take advantage of tourists. If you break down near Disney World, this is the place to bring your car!!

I Used Brayan mecânica shop 3 times already he fixed my breaks and suspension plus a few minor problems with the car, I’m super satisfied with his service. He make a movie of the car repair and send to you and show the old pieces and the new pieces on the car that he replaced . Excellent customer service, good price. Thank you Brayan

I had my car towed here when they broke down in Orlando on a day trip ended up being stuck there for a week at first I was told they need to check the problem and they’ll let me know what they did instead was apparently “find the problem” and change it without ever telling me or quoting me, and just calling me and telling me it was done I was mad and said, how could you do that without telling me on top of that the part they changed it was a part that I just had changed six days ago from another shop HOWEVER I forgave that whole situation because they gave me a discount but the same day I got it back from them they broke down. They told me it was the master cylinder again however, it was not. I am not a mechanic, and I do not know anything about cars other than some little things here and there I open the hood I check out the car and realize there’s a part leaking within seconds of looking it up and then confirming it when I took it to another shop the next day after getting it back from them it was the slave cylinder! Which was leaking! Because my car is manual the master cylinder and slave cylinder both affect the problem I was having however, both of those should’ve been checked as many mechanics I’ve asked, said the same thing

On vacation in Orlando. Had car trouble on the highway. We were really worried that we wouldn't be able to get anyone to check out our vehicle on late notice during the weekend. They were able to see our car quickly. They gave professional friendly service! Would recommend them to everyone! It can be hard to have car trouble when you don't know the area. Awesome experience. AC stopped working on i4 and Rincons auto immediately stepped in to help me. They took action and solved the problem for me while still keeping me informed and aware of the issues my car was experiencing. 10/10 service 10/10 guys

Had a great experience here today. A cover fell out of the bottom of my car while driving on the turnpike, thankfully Rincon's was still open on Memorial Day. I was helped by Rafael and he was awesome - kept me updated with what had happened to my car and even gave me some pointers about general car maintenance! Would totally recommend this place to others, 10/10 service.

I had the absolute best experience!! After being told so many different things about my vehicle; Rincon’s auto shop helped me identify the correct problem and then managed to accommodate me even more by getting it done same day!! My family and I driving on highway and there was a scrapping sound suddenly. I was worried, as not able to drive fast and very concerned. We made it to a couple mechanics/shops who were too busy to look or help except for an 1.5 hours wait. We rode further down the road and drive in to Rincon’s auto shop. Theses gentlemen were hospitable, kind, swift to diagnose, reasonable with a dash of humor. They stopped their work to attend to my car and it only took 15mins and was inexpensive. They saved the day allowing our family to make it to the beach safely and back home. What a sigh of relief and safety? This took place back in summer, but still had the card and needed to Justice in sharing this review, but also giving credit where credit is due. May each of you experience the “honesty,” care, efficiency, and kindness my family was wowed with. Blessings of 2023 to you all! Grateful customer!

There were very professional and fast. They really know there stuff. I had another mechanic who told me to buy 3 different things and I still had the same problem. Took it here and he know wat it was right off the back and fixed my problem I'm SUPER HAPPY. I will always use them there very knowledgeable and on point.

We were on our way back home to Miami, on a Saturday morning, when my temp sensor light comes on. I have BMW X5, when this happens the car goes into idle mode and then shuts down. As we were coasting the Universe brought us to his location. 🙏he is located in central area of OBT. Bryan, the Owner, and his staff greated us. Made us feel comfortable by saying don't worry we will get you back on the road. We were made comfortable sitting in AC office. They were quick to run diagnostic. Quick to point out the failure codes and parts needed. Quick to get parts delivered. Even during the install he would bring me out to my vehicle and show me what my problems were, so I could take pictures. He also showed me my old parts vs the new parts and I got 2 yr warranties. We were safely back on the road within 3hrs. and made it home! I know if I ever need him again in Orlando I would definitely go to him. I have his business info stored in my cell and I follow him on IG. Muchisimas gracias!! Appreciate you and your staff 🤗🙏😘

Brayan is great, brought him 3 different cars, latest being my diesel Mercedes. Each time he sends detailed pictures and videos and always kept me updated. Very Reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone needing car repairs.

I would like to say that this has been the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. I would like to say a big thank you to Bryan for his professional advice, experience and also for making our experience so genuine and comfortable . He treated us with professionalism and made us feel like family.
